How do you know whether your company’s pay strategy is successful? It’s a simple question but most company leaders struggle to find an adequate answer.
The reason the question is so difficult is because compensation is seldom considered a strategic issue. It’s considered a cost issue. Therefore, it is designed without the success measures most strategic initiatives carry.
So how do you determine a measure that best defines success when it comes to compensation? If you are struggling to determine whether your pay strategy is successful, you won’t want to miss this valuable presentation.

It is estimated that 50% of equity assets held by retail investors do not remain for more than 2 years (Source: Amfi, data as on quarter ended June 2023)
As you can see from the illustration alongside, the growth of investment at a CAGR of 10% is gradual for the 1st 2 years but becomes significant by the 5th year and more than doubles over 10 years.
This is called compounding and generally kicks in by the 5th year and beyond. Compounding is required when the investor is aiming to create wealth.
As a Retirement Mutual Fund has a lock-in of 5 years you automatically get the benefit of compounding.

Business Plan Breakdown 3: The Simplified Financial Plan

The Functional Contribution to Organizational Success | MS6900 R01
Dr. Beatrice Bourne
Argosy University
When creating a business plan there are several components to include. One of the key components in the business plan is the financial plan. According to Financial Glossary (2011),” A financial plan is a summary of a company's financial needs or goals for the future and how to achieve them.” The financial plans monitors financial statuses, describes financial goals, and can help with creating strategies to meet these goals. Discussed will be the costs, financial statements, cash flows, and the risks of Brave Academy.
Start Up
The startup of a business can be very intense and costly. Some of the things to take into consideration when starting a business are the capital requirements, how the capital will be used, the startup fees and cost, and all other costs that will be implemented in the operation of the business. Brave Academy will need $100,000 financing for start-up costs to open our doors on or before August 2015. These funds will be used to purchase the classroom materials, books, computers, building and salaries.
Sources of Financing and Payback Period
Brave Academy is looking for investors to finance the start-up phase. The start-up costs will be approximately $100,000.00. We are offering a fifteen percent return per year on the investment over a three year period. The first year cash flow projections are provided down below. According to our projections we will be able to begin the repayment plan of initial investment after the first year of opening. At the end of the second year all investors should receive their initial investment and their return on investment. In the event we are not successful we will execute our exit plan to ensure that all investors are repaid their initial investment.
Cash Flow Projections
According to Ward (2014), “The cash flow projection shows how cash is expected to flow in and out of your business.” The cash flow projection provides an idea of how much capital investment will be needed for the business to be successful. For the investors that decide to invest in the Brave Academy, the cash projection will provide them with evidence that there will be enough money on hand to make the academy a good investment. Here is the first year’s cash flow projection.
Balance Sheet
The balance sheet is an important part of the financial plan. This section of the plan illustrates the net worth of a business at a specific point in time and also shows what a company owns compared to what they owe. The balance sheet shows a company’s assets and liabilities.
Income Statement
The income statement is one of the most important financial statements used. It shows how profitable the business is during a certain time period. Avercamp (n.d.) states, “the income statement shows revenues, expen.

The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.

US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.
how can i use my minded pi coins I need some funds.DOT TECH
If you are interested in selling your pi coins, i have a verified pi merchant, who buys pi coins and resell them to exchanges looking forward to hold till mainnet launch.
Because the core team has announced that pi network will not be doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges like huobi, bitmart and hotbit can get pi is by buying from miners.
Now a merchant stands in between these exchanges and the miners. As a link to make transactions smooth. Because right now in the enclosed mainnet you can't sell pi coins your self. You need the help of a merchant,
i will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant below. 👇 I and my friends has traded more than 3000pi coins with him successfully.

However, Pi Network has announced plans to launch its Testnet and Mainnet in the future, which may include listing Pi on exchanges.
The current method for selling pi coins involves exchanging them with a pi vendor who purchases pi coins for investment reasons.
