Sandra has developed her skills greatly especially the past 2 years, where she has been given

under the given conditions and she has received a lot of positive feedback for her work. She has
worked with everything from product launches, campaign planning and execution, exhibition
activities and customer events to follow-up and evaluation on the activities.
In the past 2 years, her focus has been on events & exhibitions: In January 2013, she joined a
dedicated marketing team with responsibility for global customer events and exhibitions with
budget responsibility. She was part of a global marketing competence team for exhibitions and
customer events where she acted as team leader for a sub-project. In 2014, she developed and
implemented Events Excellence, a global concept for organizing events within Grundfos in
cooperation with me. She was also part of strategic exhibition planning (including budget
planning), where she developed criteria for selecting exhibitions as well as suitable KPIs.
Sandra is really into marketing. I have been working with her as her boss for 2 years. I find her
a very professional and dedicated marketer. She does everything to the full of her capacity and
she works smarter. In the last couple of years her skills in marketing have been going very
