Eat Salmon if you want be  smarter than a 5th grader Salmon as well as being a great source of essential fatty acids, vitamins A, B and D and minerals like calcium and zinc, it also contains a chemical called Dimethylaminoethanol or DMAE which actually helps you think. Go figure! Photo: GETTY
