99% of Slab infill and DDA toilet were all completed before 14th of December. Painting job
is only cosmetic work so it was not part of the required for OC. We still have some minor
fixing jobs to do after 15th of December. But it is inevitable to have some minor fixing and
maintenance jobs to be completed after the projects finish. But our work did not cause any
delay to JDV’s work in the building. We proactively communicated with JDV, and they told
us that our work would not affect their job in many occasions. As they had no jobs to do in
slab infill area.
10. Minor adjustment work requested by Hireup
• Level 2 accessible bathroom
• Instal fire trip and access pass for door outside level 2 accessible bathroom;
• Forecity comment: We have requested KSS security of the building to install the swipe but they are on holiday till 7th of Jan. But
the swipe door was not required for fire inspection or PCA inspection. So it did not affect our OC.
• Lower hand dryer so that it is accessible;
• Australian standard does not specify where to put the handdryer. Our installation does not violate any Australian building
standards. But we are happy to change the height for Hireup.
• Urgently finalise discussions with Academy tiles to fix/replace the tiles on the back wall which have been damaged by the grouting;
• They told us to clean the tiles by chemical. We never come across any tiles that can be stained by grout. The tiles is recommended
by JDV. But we wont use low quality tiles like these.
• Confirm with JLL whether they want Forecity to paint the walls in the corridor so that they are all the same colour as the paint
around the accessible bathroom door;
• Instal toilet paper holder; We have agreed to install the paper holder after OC is granted as the position that you want does not
comply with Australian standards.
• Fix the ceiling inside at the door opening as it is dipping; This is minor repair and it did not affect OC at all. All done
• Fix and move power for change table as it is not in the correct position; We installed the GPO according to change table manual.
• The auto door is still not operating correctly and needs to be fixed. All fixed
Kate from Hireup requested the following changes to be done.
11. Minor adjustment work requested by Hireup
• Level 3 ceiling in-fill
• Remove all rubbish from site;
• We removed rubbish and cleaned many times. It was always messed up by other workers on the floor the next day. You should look at how much
rubbish there is still on site.
• Clean the timber slats on the ceiling that have paint and scuff marks;
• I sent a worker to clean before Christmas. But Barry Willis from JDV told me they need to stain the timber slats anyway. So he told us not to do
anywork.
• The wooden flooring in the small meeting room near the balcony has been stained and cracked by water damage from the fridge that leaked when
the power was shutoff on level 3 by Forecity's electrical work. Forecity to fix the flooring to its original state;
• We are not responsible for pro longed water damage. That was caused maybe many weeks ago.
• Obtain PCA and OC and any other certification for the ceiling and provide copies to JDV and Hireup;
• OC and PCA approval were granted on 19th of December.
• Meter for power on level 3 has been swapped over to permanent power but the lighting has not been resolved; and
• This is not part of the scope.
• Fix the wiring in the ceiling in-fill so that the two lights are able to be turned on.
• This is not part of the scope.
Kate from Hireup requested the following changes to be done.

13. JDV work on level 3
1. Install a new kitchen
2. Replacing old furnitures
3. Relocating timber ceiling (outside of stair infill work zone)
JDV are charging Hireup more money for delay due to Forecity’s work?
Question: How does Forecity’s work delay what JDV was doing on Level
3? All JDV’s work is outside of stair infill area.
14. The plan we received from JDV indicated that
there is no work to be carried out in slab infill
Area. so Forecity would not have delayany JDV’s
Work
16. Forecity team members
On 3rd of November three of our workers are working on level 2. I have sent their name and photos to Sarah to
Compare with the video footage they have. Sarah and Jose told me it was not our guys. Some Asian workers took
Panels, we only have gyprocker and tilers to be Asian. And on that day we had three demolition workers there who
were
French.
