▪ Public health is the science of protecting and improving the health
of people and their communities.
▪ This work is achieved by promoting healthy lifestyles, researching,
injury prevention, detecting, preventing and responding to
infectious diseases.

Some significant milestone & achievement
▪ Through the health initiative of the college 3,45,677 People from
rural of rajasthan have been able to access the health facility like-
dental services, Birth control camp, menstrual hygiene Session.
▪ 13,256 people benefitted from tuberculosis (TB) control program.
▪ Under dai maa program that involved 50 women in 54 village
20,160 were safely delivered.
▪ 14400 Patient from 390 village have been benefited through
barefoot pathology laboratory.
▪ 3989 patient of 53 villages were treated by the barefoot dentist.

Keylearnings of the health system of tilonia
1. Use Tech to Help Health: Tilonia shows us that using phones and computers
can make healthcare better. Digital health records and online check-ups help
keep track of our health and use resources wisely.
2. Women Lead the Way: Tilonia shows us that when women take charge o
health initiatives, it not only helps them but uplifts the whole community
Women become strong voices for better health practices.
3. Mixing Old and New for Better Health: Tilonia teaches us that combining old
traditions with new ideas creates a stronger health system. Using what the
community knows best alongside modern technology makes healthcare more
effective.
