This document discusses obesity and weight management programs. It begins by introducing obesity as a serious problem affecting health worldwide. Several weight management programs have been created to address obesity, but their effectiveness needs further study. The purpose of this nursing research is to understand the health risks of overweight and obesity and evaluate different weight management program interventions. The research questions aim to examine factors contributing to obesity and the importance of management programs. The topic aligns with nursing master's essentials around quality improvement, clinical prevention, and population health.

National Practice Problem Exploration
According to the Global Burden of Disease Research, one of the major practice problems in the world is diabetes (Murray, Abbafati, Abbas, Abbasi, Abbasi-Kangevari,Abd-Allah, Aboyans, 2020). Diabetes is a disorder that results from the less production of insulin or no production of insulin. Insulin is very important in controlling the blood sugar level; thus, patients with diabetes have a problem with high sugar levels in their bloodstream. This paper discusses the impacts of diabetes on nurses, nursing care, healthcare organizations, and the quality of care being provided. It also identifies the national-level key stakeholders who are affected by diabetes and stakeholders involved in the resolution. Lastly, the paper provides clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) in diabetes management.
Impact
The practice problem of managing diabetes impact the nurses and their role. They are forced to educate the general population of healthy life practices and styles that are useful in preventing diabetes. It also impacts health organizations because the management of diabetes needs a lot of policies and interventions that need to be put in place by health organizations. This practice problem also affects nursing care because it requires a lot of nursing care attention, thus overburdening the few nurses we have. Lastly, due to the increasing diabetes cases and high demand for its care, the quality of care provided might be substandard due to work overload. However, the use of evidence-based practice and other policies such as the ACA provides the opportunity of improving the quality of care being provided to diabetic patients.
Stakeholders Involved
Various stakeholders are involved in the management and control of diabetes. One such stakeholder is the patients. The patients have the role of self-care and adherence to the health instructions provided by healthcare providers. Healthcare providers such as nurses and many others are also vital stakeholders in the national management of diabetes. They provide health education and care for the patients. They also advocate for policy formulations that enhance the care for diabetic patients. Family members and friends of diabetic patients are also important stakeholders because they help provide home care to patients (Bennett, Robbins, Bayliss, Wilson, Tabano, Mularski & Li, 2017). National health institutions such as CDC are also important stakeholders because they provide policies and guidelines that effectively manage diabetes. The government's political goodwill to support the healthcare organizations and the patients also makes them part of the national stakeholders in the management of diabetes.
Clinical Practice Guidelines and Diabetes Management
Some of the clinical practice guidelines provided in the management of diabetes has been based on evidence-based practice. However, a lot of interventions need to be done to promote the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
The document discusses the emerging role of diet coaching in obesity treatment and weight management. It notes that while dietitians receive training in nutrition science, they often lack skills in behavior change and coaching needed to help clients maintain long-term weight loss and lifestyle changes. The document argues that dietitians should receive additional training in techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and health coaching in order to more effectively promote sustainable behavior change and wellness among clients.

Domestic Violence
The purpose of this analysis is to provide a wide introduction to the problem of injury in
the U.S., and help in the development of an innovative way of thinking about commencing a plan
for injury prevention. Although injuries are a major problem in the United States, they can as easily
be prevented. There are a lot of models that work in prevention of both intentional and
unintentional injuries.
Creation of a warm and welcoming environment is an effective strategy in preventing
incidences of violence at the community level. This strategy aims at addressing problems at a
community level, concentrating on the development of structured and supervised opportunities for
community members and addressing various kinds of violence through multiple types of solutions.
An entire community should be treated like a patient instead of individual-based treatment
strategies. Taking a social environment prevention strategy means that there is focus on prevention
of violence. This illustrates that apart from attaching importance in developing formal laws to
punish violence perpetrators, prevention of violence is a key element. Therefore, approaches
should be aimed at averting the incidence of both violence and injury cases in the first place.
Regulation is also an effective element in preventing unintentional injuries. This involves
passing policies related to serving alcohol, policies for legal driving age, worker safety policies
and concealed weaponry laws. These efforts result in a reduction of incidents on injuries. The
most important concept is that there are numerous ways in which a community and people, at an
individual level, can intervene to prevent injuries and violence in communities. The social
environment is very important and issues of violence should be displayed on mass media to
discourage such behaviors, while also sensitizing people on the same.
Access to Health Care
Access to health care in the United States encompasses a system of service providers that
make a complete system. In this light, the access to health care has been a subject of discussion
since the early 1870s. Importantly, the access to health care has grown over time from home health
care provision to the hospitals in large cities (Gulliford & Morgan, 2013). Notably, the history of
the health care in the United States has been motivated by the series of endless scientific
innovations over the years. In this way, the innovations have seen the system grow from the
constraints of health care access to the decline of mortality rates due to increased access to health
care. Clearly, in the early 1990s, the chronic diseases rose to be the leading causes of deaths
(Gulliford & Morgan, 2013). In this light, the developed systems that constituted of the new

Between 2000 and 2018, the percentage of American adults who are obese increased from 30 percent to over 40 percent. The rate of severely obese individuals doubled within the same period.
Obesity is linked with the onset of several chronic conditions, including diabetes and heart disease. Researchers have also noted that people who are obese have a greater chance of developing gastrointestinal problems, such as fatty liver disease, gastric cancer, and chronic acid reflux. In response, the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) created the Practice guide on Obesity and Weight management, Education, and Resources (POWER), a guide for treating patients with obesity.

Introduction
The prevention of pregnancy complications is crucial to ensuring maternal and fetal health in hospital care settings. Numerous efforts have been made including the Healthy People 2020 program, to ensure that the health care configuration assesses, measures, identifies and implements interventions to ensure the health and wellbeing of all citizens. These efforts are crucial to ensuring that all individuals have equal access to adequate and affordable health care. The same holds for pregnant women and their health is just as important, as is the health and wellbeing of fetuses (Wallace et al., 2016). This paper looks into preventing pregnancy complications, policies for preventive services, developing a primary health plan, the evaluation criteria of the health plan, a preventive health program evaluation, a health problem, and pregnancy complications including preeclampsia.

Abstract Quality improvement methods are vital in treati.docxrobert345678
Abstract
Quality improvement methods are vital in treating biopsychosocial conditions. Diabetes is a chronic disease that requires follow-
up care to prevent comorbidities. With an increased population suffering from diabetes, mainly type 2 diabetes, traditional
treatments are ineffective, and a new treatment approach should be adopted. While this is deemed a plausible solution to curb the
increase of diabetes, research indicates that 70% of quality improvement initiatives fail within twelve months of implementation
(O'Donoghue et al., 2021). Therefore, stakeholders must follow proposed improvements methods closely to achieve meaningful
and sustainable change. To combat widespread chronic diseases such as diabetes, strategies such as self-management support,
intensified treatment, encouraged physical activity, and patient education plays a crucial role in managing a patient's condition.
The disease heavily relies on one self-management abilities. The proposed strategies aim to achieve patient adherence to prevent
other health effects that can be otherwise be contained and ensure that mental distress often experienced by diabetes patients is
adequately dealt with.

Quality Improvement Methods
• The word "quality improvement" refers to the practice of enhancing
the intended outputs of an existing process. Typically, this would need
previous knowledge of the process and the areas that may be
improved.
• Once a problem has been identified, it is critical to develop a plan of
action to improve the outcomes in that area. Recent studies have
indicated the sufficient evidence-to-clinical practice gap in diabetes
care (Mukerji et al., 2019). Upon discovering this, several plans of
action are required to improve the gaps in care delivery towards
diabetes patients.
• While most providers concentrate on the physical aspect of the
patient's health, research indicates that diabetes patients are often
affected by depression and diabetes distress ( Gary et al., 2019). This
results in underdiagnosis and undertreatment of diabetes patients,
which impedes patients' chances of managing their health condition.
• With the identification of this, challenges within primary care must be
addressed to ensure that there is sufficient screening for both
depression and diabetes distress.
• Several strategies must be applied to sufficiently monitor the patient:
self-management support, intensi.

Explain the role of health education in health promotion. How is the nursing process used in developing health education? Describe a contemporary issue, local or global, that a family may experience today. What steps would the nurse take to address these as part of a health education plan?
The role of health education in health promotion is vital. Health promotion by definition is “educating people about healthy lifestyles, reduction of risk, developmental needs, activities of daily living (ADL’s) and preventive self-care.” (Whitney et al., 2018). In order to live a healthy lifestyle an individual must know what a “healthy lifestyle” consists of. The same goes for reducing risks, ADL’s, preventative self-care and developmental needs. It is important for the healthcare professional or in our case, the nurse, to educate an individual continuously for the duration of the patient's care with the nurse. They should be educated on what the medications are that they are being given, as well as why it is being administered, dosage, route etc. For example, patients always want to know why they are getting Lovenox or Protonix when they have not taken it before. They should also be educated on diet choices, at the hospital that I work at, sometimes the patients will be placed on certain diets like nothing by mouth (NPO), American Diabetes Association (ADA), renal, heart healthy, low potassium etc., and they state that they do not have diet restrictions at home, so they have to be educated on why they were placed on the diet and they should consider this type of diet once discharged.
The nursing process is used in developing health education because the nurse must assess the patient. This assessment is not only a head to toe assessment, but the nurse must also determine the patients needs, readiness to learn and the patient's ability and desire to actively engage in their plan of care and meeting goals. Then the nurse makes their nursing diagnoses, for example is their non-compliance evident, immobility, learning deficit etc. The nurse then develops a plan of care and action that can be made with the patient and begins to implement the plan of care. The nurse and patient evaluate how well they are meeting their care goals and continue to develop a plan that changes to the patients needs and better assists with meeting goals. Throughout the whole process the nurse is educating the patient on what the problem is preventing the patient from getting better and then the nurse educates the patient on how they can work towards solving that problem.
A contemporary issue that a family may experience today is the issue of vaccination. There is a lot of information out there that is telling parents to not vaccinate their children. Obesity
Obesity is a chronic medical condition and a significant health concern in the United States that is increasing worldwide. More than one third of the adults in the U.S. are obese. It is a leading cause of preventable illness and death (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2016). This global epidemic is a leading concern for adults and for children who are predisposed to becoming obese as adults. This paper will discuss the significance of obesity in Florida, provide a background of the disease, review current surveillance and reporting methods, conduct a descriptive epidemiological analysis, discuss diagnosis and screening for prevention tools, develop an evidence based plan along with measureable outcomes to address obesity as an advanced practice nurse, and conclude with an overview of the main points presented.
Background and Significance
According to the CDC (2016), obesity is defined as “weight that is higher than what is considered as a healthy weight for a given height.” It involves excessive weight gain and accumulation of fat. In order to determine obesity, Body Mass Index or BMI is used to indirectly calculate a person’s body fat and health risk based on weight in relation to height. A BMI of 25.0 or above is considered overweight and 30.0 or greater is considered obese. Athletes with a greater amount of muscle mass may have a higher BMI even though they do not have excess body fat. Waist circumference is also used as a tool to diagnose obesity.
There are many causes that contribute to obesity, including behavioral, genetic, hormonal, environmental, and social factors. Increase in caloric intake, unhealthy eating habits, decrease in physical activity, certain medications, age, lack of sleep, quitting smoking, pregnancy, and certain medical disorders can contribute to weight gain (Mayo Clinic, 2018). Driving cars has replaced walking and riding bikes, technology has replaced engaging in physical activity, and easy access to cheaper foods has replaced nutritional importance. Most people are aware when weight is gained. Obvious signs and symptoms are tighter clothes, excess fat, and increased weight on a scale. Being overweight or obese increases the risk for many health diseases. Obesity may cause low endurance, breathing issues, excessive sweating, and joint discomfort. It can also lead to diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux disease, coronary heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, stroke, depression, and even certain types of cancer such as bowel, breast, and prostate cancer (Mayo Clinic, 2018).
Below is a map that highlights the obesity prevalence across the U.S. in 2016 according to the CDC. There is no significant difference in overall prevalence between men and women. The prevalence of women with a BMI > 35 is 18.3% compared to 12.5% of men. The.

PICOT Statement: Childhood Obesity
Introduction
Childhood obesity is one of the emerging health problems that affect the American population. This disorder places children at a higher risk of suffering from preventable non-communicable chronic diseases, such as Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and asthma (McGrath, 2017). Other challenges that affect children as a result of this disease include depression and sleep apnea. Obese children are often predisposed to become obese adults who suffer from many chronic diseases related to increased mortality rate of 40 percent. Obese children and adolescents tend to have more adverse health challenges compared to the counterparts with normal BMI. The task of addressing the chronic conditions related to childhood obesity is normally costly, with approximately $14 billion price tag and increasing (McGrath, 2017). Survey reports released by government agencies such as the National Conference of State Legislature, the total cost of obesity-associated nears $150 billion yearly, with taxpayers covering approximately sixty billion dollars. There is need to identify patterns that related to childhood obesity for professionals to seek better ways to address them. This PICOT statement evaluates childhood obesity in the United States.
PICOT Statement
Population
Childhood obesity is a major health concern in the United States and other parts of the world since the disease is increasing. In the US, obesity prevalence is highest among children aged from 6 to 11 years (Cheung et al. 2016). The disease has tripled among this age group from 4.2 percent to 15.3 percent from 1963 to 2012. In 2013, 16 percent of children in the country were categorized as obese. The prevalence was highest at ages of 12 to 19 years and lowest at ages of 2 to 5 years. In the last three decades, increased cases of obesity prevalence have been noted among children of all ages, although the differences in obesity prevalence have been recorded in terms of age, race, ethnicity, and gender (Cheung et al. 2016). In this respect, children from socioeconomically disadvantaged families and some racial and ethnic minorities experience the higher median score on obesity than the dominant white population. Higher obesity rates are often recorded among blacks and Hispanics compared to whites. For instance, a survey on girls in the Southwest revealed that the yearly cases of obesity stood at 4.5 percent among Blacks, 2 percent among Hispanics, and 0.7 percent among white girls aged from 13 to 17 years (Cheung et al. 2016). Abstract
The prevalence of obesity and sedentary lifestyle complications are increasing at alarming rates, representing a common but preventable cause of severe medical complications like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and early mortality. This chronic condition has been for a long time a public health concern and social determinant. The Fitbit app offers a unique opportunity to enhance the efficacy of weight loss plans as it is used to track activity, monitor steps, heart rate, energy expenditure, sleep, and sedentary behavior. The integrative review focused on how the American Heart Association (AHA) Diet and Lifestyle recommendations and the Fitbit app are used as innovative solutions to reduce obesity in adult patients.
Research Methodology: A systematic review was conducted to identify research articles completed in the preceding 4-5 years centered on obesity care, diet, physical activity, activity trackers, and lifestyle implications.
Results and Discussion: The databases searched were Chamberlain Library, PubMed, and CINHAL. Initial searches yielded over 2000 articles, of which 45 were chosen and examined because they fit the integrative review's theme. The 15 papers most relevant to the PICOT question were studied in further detail and appraised using the Johns Hopkins Evidence Appraisal table. The studies reported positive physical activity outcomes.
Conclusions and Further Recommendations:This systematic review supported the effectiveness of the AHA Diet and Lifestyle recommendations to reduce obesity, and clinical use generalization is recommended. Fitbit app provides new ways to improve physical activity habits, and the easy availability of electronic devices may enhance their generalizability use.
Keywords: Obesity care; Obesity complications; Lifestyle recommendations; Obesity management; Physical activity intervention using Fitbit activity trackers.

The rising prevalence of overweight and obesity underscores the need for enhanced intervention strategies to tackle this significant public health issue. Increases in energy expenditure through exercise and other physical activity may be a crucial component of effective interventions to enhance initial weight loss and prevent weight regain. achieve these outcomes, it is recommended to engage in appropriate levels of exercise and physical activity, with 60 to 90 minutes per day being the recommended duration. Epidemiological surveys in England reveal that obesity is prevalent, defined as a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 30 kg/m2. This study is the first to report the prevalence of general obesity and abdominal obesity in the adult population of Spain, based on weight, height, and waist circumference measurements. Diet, smoking, and physical activity are significant lifestyle factors that can significantly impact body weight and fat accumulation. The PREDIMED study, a randomized dietary primary prevention trial conducted in Spain, assessed the relationship between lifestyle and obesity risk. A study assessed 7,000 high-cardiovascular risk subjects, determining a healthy lifestyle pattern (HLP) based on Mediterranean diet adherence, moderate alcohol consumption, daily physical activity of 200kcal/day, and non-smoking.

Abstract
Obesity among American Hispanic females between the ages of twenty and sixty-four years old is the new health inequality in the United States. Food, physical activity, and obesity are one of these twelve leading health indices categorized as important national health issues by Healthy People 2020. Obesity is classified as anyone who surpasses substance mass indicator (BMI ) of thirty. According to females' wellness, three at four American females are overweight or obese. History of woman in Sports For most human history, healthy rivalry has been considered as an entirely masculine thing. Females weren't allowed to see most sporting events. Let only act in them. Not till late nineteenth century did females start participating in sporting events. Although females were allowed to participate in some sports, relatively few showed benefit, for a variety of cultural and mental reasons that are even poorly understood.
Although the fast gains seen in fat since the 1970s seem to have leveled off, Fat and obesity continue to take severe issues in the United States. Increasing physical activity and improving food are keys to fat prevention and control, in addition to policies that alter the situation to make wholesome eating and healthy physical activity more comfortable, safer, and more pleasing are expected to take most effective.
· Campaigns relying mainly on knowledge distribution and training to alter attitudes and behaviors associated with food and physical activity are the great importance of government action to ensure obesity. PICOT Statement: Childhood Obesity
Introduction
Childhood obesity poses serious health problems in the US as the number of overweight and obese population increases at a rapid pace every year. The effects of this problem have arrested the attention of policymakers, societal members, and government agencies. This has resulted in ranking childhood obesity as a national health concern. The adverse impacts of this disease go beyond the health realms to include economic burden on both personal and national budgets. While there are numerous risk factors and various evidence-based interventions to address this challenge, no single approach is consistently efficacious in curbing the disease. Consequently, it is imperative that efficacious initiatives and policies be developed to address the never-ending problem of childhood obesity. Multidisciplinary approaches are often broad and cut across all dimensions of personal health problems. Instead of placing emphasis solely on biomedical models, health care professionals should also seek to promote behavior change among obesity patients and their family members. A PICOT statement can be utilized as an effective tool to seek interventions of addressing childhood obesity.
PICOT Statement
Population
In the US, obesity prevalence is highest among children aged from 6 to 11 years (Cheung et al. 2016). The disease has tripled among this age group from 4.2 percent to 15.3 percent from 1963 to 2012. 2016). For low-income earners, American Indians rank highest at 6.3 percent, followed closely by Hispanics at 5.5 percent.

They talk about the potential and restrictions of the MAS to manufacture models that empower spatial organizers to incorporate the 'actor factor' in their examination. Their structure system contemplates actors who assume a functioning job in the spatial planning. They included actors who can watch and see a spatial domain. Using these perceptions and discernment they produce an inclination for a preferred spatial situation. Actors at that point present and discuss their inclinations amid their exchanges with different actors.
The inclinations of the actor fill in as inputs for an official choice making. Finally, ultimate conclusions are actualized in the spatial framework. They found that MAS can produce space utilization designs in light of a portrayal of a multi-actor planning process. It additionally can clear up the impacts of actors under the administration of various planning styles on the space utilization and prove how the relations between actors change amid a planning process and under different orders of coming up with decisions. Unlike the work by Parker, Manson, Janssen, Hoffman & Deadman,2003, cited below, this paper did not include the various challenges associated with the use of MAS.
Parker, D. C., Manson, S. M., Janssen, M. A., Hoffmann, M. J., & Deadman, P. (2003). Multi-agent systems for the simulation of land-use and land-cover change: a review. Annals of the association of American Geographers, 93(2), 314-337.
In this paper, they studied different models. These models, however, were not thorough enough and therefore they took into account the multi-actor system, dynamic spatial Simulation, which has two components, that is, a cellular model that speaks to biogeophysical and biological parts of a demonstrated framework and an actor-based model to speak to human conclusion making. Because of its nature and ability to model complex situations, they highlighted some of the areas that MAS can be applied where other models cannot be able to deliver. Such areas are modeling of emergent phenomena whereby MAS can model landscape plans, due to its flexibility, MAS can represent complex land use/ cover systems, and they can be used to model dynamic paths. They also outlined the various challenges to Multi-actor systems. Such challenges include an understanding of complexity, individual decision making, empirical parameterization and model validation, and communication.

Once I think of a hero, there are specific qualities that surround my imagination, being courageous, hardworking, truthful, strong, resilient, and generous have been the qualities I taught about. I also think a hero is someone protective, caring, and so concerned to change the life of the others and make them happy in their life. My Mother has all these qualities and recognizes her as my hero. Otherwise, she grew up on the support of two great parents who had a good life where she grew up and become a teacher in her life. Almost every individual has had some achievements in their life, and there must be a factor behind those achievements, especially someone who had a significant impact on their life. My mother appears to be my hero, who had a substantial impact on my life.
She is currently 54 years old. She was a teacher by profession, and she did her best as a teacher, where she influenced the lives of many students positively; up to now, some still call her and pass their appreciation to her. She was blessed and gave birth to seven kids; the first three are daughters, then a boy and a girl, and then the last two are boys. All of them have been significantly raised, everyone has something to do for a living, my big brother is a doctor, and three of my sisters are teachers, (like Mother like daughters). Our last born is an engineer interior designer and all of us are married with happy family. All these were not for granted but because of the love of God and the efforts, commitment, and great concern of our beloved parents, especially our Mother.
Even though she did not make a complete journey in her teaching profession, but up to where she stopped, she did a lot. They have been in a relationship with my father for thirty-six years of marriage, and when they had their third kid, my dad suggested that she stop teaching and remain at home to take care of the children. Throughout my entire life, my Mother had been supportive of me, a center of inspiration, and she has always been telling me to have self-confidence and believe in myself that I can make it. In case I face a problem, and I have to make a concrete decision towards it, my Mother always had behind me because I seek for her consultation before I move on to the next step.
It feels so great knowing that there is someone who will support you despite the intensity of the problem you face. It relieves much of the stress that comes along with making decisions. My Mother is beautiful inside and out, but most importantly, she has the biggest heart. She's a hard-working person and can play both parent roles. Everyon.

2016). For low-income earners, American Indians rank highest at 6.3 percent, followed closely by Hispanics at 5.5 percent.

Everyon.

Program Evaluation Plan (Part 3)
Goals of Evaluation
Evaluation refers to the act of checking various things thoroughly in order to characterize their worth or value, with reference to a certain context. In the field of education, the amount of success in a person’s aims can only be determined through evaluation. Therefore, there is a very close relationship between various aims and evaluation. The main goals of evaluation in schools are as discussed below. The first goal of evaluation in the field of education is to create an educational program ("Evaluation in Teaching and Learning Process | Education", 2020). Through evaluation, evaluators and the school management can build a given program of learning among the students. This is after gathering and checking various factors in order to find what program will fit and make a positive impact in the school. This involves consulting all the stakeholders of the program and developing strategies that will ensure the development of a good program.
The second goal of evaluation is assessing the effectiveness of the program. Evaluation ensures that the developed program is up to standards and serves the purpose that it was intended to. It helps the evaluators to check if the teaching strategies and techniques are being applied properly. The third goal of evaluation is to ensure improvement of the program. Through evaluation, evaluators can gauge the impact of the program on the school and learners. They can also identify various things that can make the program more effective. It acts as an in-built monitor in the program in order to review the progress of the program from time to time. It also gives feedback regarding the design and the implementation of a given program. Through such assessments, the school management can know where to work on, and what they need in order to enhance effective programs in teaching and learning.
For instance, in our case, evaluators can comfortably tell whether or not the program is helping girls become more superior in math. If not they can suggest better or other strategies that will make positive impact.
Cultural Issues Affecting the Program
Culture can influence how different people view things. An individual’s culture and upbringing can affect their way of processing information. Among the cultural issues that might be faced in the evaluation plan include cultural stereotypes. Some students believe that they cannot perform as expected in school or in a particular subject due to lack of preparation from their home environment. This makes them believe they do not have enough potential to do well in a given subject when they get to school. For instance, some students may not have calculat.

I. Executive Summary
In this section, you should accurately highlight the essential elements of the intelligence report for quick reference by the agency receiving the report. You should include the name of referring agent (your name), the name of the agency that you are imagining you work for, the current date, dates of the activities being covered in the intelligence report, and a brief summary (two to three sentences) on the adversary, scope, and nature of the potential threat. Although this is the opening section of the report, you may wish to complete it last in order to accurately capture the analysis of the body of your report. (This section is the summary so be sure this section is brief. Additional relevant details should be written in their respective sections of the report.)
II. Adversary, Motivation, and Jurisdiction
Summary
Accurately summarize the intelligence collected from the SARs to date, focusing on the “who, what, when, where, why, and how” of the threat situation. Information should be annotated with dates and times from relevant SARs, and information from each date should be provided in a separate paragraph, from inception to most recent. Your summary should focus on connecting the dots, with as much detail as needed to present all the relevant intelligence. It should highlight information that would be of particular relevance for the law enforcement agency doing follow-up in understanding the potential threat. (If it makes it easier, you can format your first section as follows:
A. Who
B. What
C. When
D. Where
E. Why
F. How
Adversary
Determine who the adversary is for this potential threat. It may be an individual or a group. You should identify the names of suspects (if known) and also the type of adversary. For example, is the adversary an international terrorist group, a domestic terrorist group, an organized crime, a local or international gang, drug traffickers, an extremist or militia group, a hacker, or a white-collar criminal? Support your answer using relevant information from the SARs.
Range
Analyze the range of the adversary’s operations. Are their activities focused within one city or state or across multiple states? Support your answer with relevant information from the SARs.
Motivation
Analyze what is known about the adversary’s motivation and how that might affect their choice of target (individual or location). Might it affect whether they choose one target or many, the type of target they select, or the location of the attack? Support your answer with relevant information from the SARs.
Jurisdiction
Based on your analyses in Parts A–C above, determine which agency has jurisdiction in following up on the potential threat. For example, should local or state law enforcement follow up? Should federa.

The general problem to be addressed is how fast-food chains and food outlets are changing their operations during the pandemic of Corona Virus in the world, especially in the United States (Daniel, 2016).
You must always list your general problem statement first. Provide context for that statement. Then present your specific problem statement and provide context for that statement. Per the assignment instructions you should list your research questions following your problem statements.
The method selected for research:

A quantitative approach will help understand the insights into what is triggering a certain behavior in participants. While on the other hand, quantitative study is important to figure out the proportion of customers who is are not availing their previous interest in fast food and epically McDonald's (Apuke, 2017). But dueDue to the lockdown and social distancing, going in the market and conducting research is out of option. The suitable technique is to develop a flexible approach where both primary and secondary sources are sued. For secondary resources, the reports by McDonald's' Company and other institutions regarding the change in the food industry will be a suitable option. For primary data collection, developing an online survey is the safest option. For the qualitative study, online interviews can be scheduled. Both structured and unstructured interviews can be planned. Similarly, panel discussion over video calls is also a safe option. Through a mixed approach data for both quantitative and qualitative questions can be gathered (Yoshikawa & Kalil, 2008). Comment by Terrance Woods: What does this mean? Poor word choice. There is a critical need for a good instructional design because it is a multipurpose learning tools that not only serves instructional designers but also learners of all ages. According to Clark (2016), e-learning courses need to be integrated with instructional methods which align with high-quality research.” The implication is that the process of designing instructional designs should involve careful planning, preparing and researching in order to achieve high quality learning outcomes. In this regard, those responsible for designing must identify their strategic purpose as it predetermines the goals, objectives, expected outcomes, and resource allocation of the entire instruction model.
The main approach involves studying the critical elements in the design phases of an instructional model which enhances the learning experience of learners based on evidence-based literature. This is because humans apply appropriate cognitive processes to learn and thus instruction must adopt similar cognitive processing (Clark, 2016).The main purpose is therefore to emphasize the importance of good instructional design in enhancing the quality of education among instructors and learners. The objective involves highlighting the goals of an instructional program, the instructional objectives, relevant instructional materials and design assessment which rationalize the need for a good instructional design with the goal of engaging both learners and instructors. After all, learning is a process that requires the active participation of the learners (Reigeluth, 1987). This research study seeks to identify answers to two questions: a) What are the critical elements that build up a strong foundation for a good instructional design and b) what value do these elements offer to the learners and instructor who are the main consumers of learning instructional designs.

Music and Gender: Women Portrayal in Rap Music
The introduction of rap music in the 1980s was welcomed with a lot positivity. However, this genre of music has on many occasions been considered as being controversial. Rap music has been accused of advancing messages and themes that deal with sexism, violence, gender stereotyping and materialism. Previous studies on rap music have indicated the content found in rap music promotes negative behavior. Moreover, research has shown that rap music videos generally differ in their portrayals of men and women in music videos. Males are often cast in positive light compared to females who are depicted in positions that portray them as a submissive gender to males.
The scope of this research narrows down on rap music produced from the years 2016 to 2018.The songs selected for this research are songs with lyrics that have misogynistic themes on women. Rap songs are observed in normalizing, objectifying, glorifying, victimizing and even exploiting women. Moreover, the rap songs are observed in defaming women through using innuendos and stereotypical language which portray misogynistic and sexist perspectives. The main area of focus for this paper is on the kind of nouns that are used in rap music to refer to the concept of woman and ways in which these nouns depict women. It is critical for this project to investigate the lyrics and its representations, as rap music has in the past years been under criticism for increasingly presenting a negative and controversial image of women in the society. A theological perspective on these issues is undertaken at understanding and criticizing the misogynistic and sexist culture of rap music generally.
Men in rap music have a higher probability of perpetuating violence on women. A review done on the common rap images found out that women were more likely to be dressed in images which portrayed them in provocative ways, especially in videos that had sexual content. Research has suggested that the perpetuation of gender in the media is a theme which has been occurring for eons of time[footnoteRef:1]. Specifically, music and gender and the portrayal of women in rap music has not been extensively studied previously. It is essential to consider the differences of gender in rap music and the portrayal of women in this genre of music. Although scholars have attempted examining the interactions between rap music and religion, there has been a gap in regard to how artists frame religious messages within their lyrics. However, this lack of sufficient research does not reflect on the continued .

Brief introduction of Ohio City
Ohio is a great city named after the Ohio River in the 18th century. The area was disputed by the France and Great Britain. After the dispute, it established its own territories. This territory included the land where west of Pennsylvania in United States and the northwest of the Ohio River. The area covered more than 260,000 square miles (Turner, & Bogue 2010).
The History of Ohio City that has led to construction of Museums.
The area remained as a hunting ground by the Iroquois after the dispute. Later, some American groups began to migrate to the area. Later there was a seven years war between the Europeans, British and France. They all wanted to colonize the area. Unfortunately, the British worn and after the win, they ordered French settlers to leave the area. It is evident that the war brought about the breakdown of ethnicities.
How museum focus has been of great importance to the citizens of the city
The area is known for its landscape, mountains, rivers and minerals. This makes Ohio City to be a great city suitable for great museums. It is evident that, Ohio City creates the best environment for a museum with the theme of History and Natural History to be built. For instance, Miami River is known to be a great river. Many people admire visiting the area just to see the river. This creates the best conditions to build a museum. People within the city can also visit the museum and get to enjoy the benefits of the museums.
How people from outside the city benefit from the construction of the museums.
People outside Ohio City can also visit the museums. These museums will offer the history of the river to its visitors. They will also address an increasing array of issues in the dynamic environment (Edson, 2017).
Question 2
Permanent Exhibition.
Modern museum are designed to have a permanent exhibit, in this case the museum must have enough collections and classification of a field of knowledge for research and for display purposes. This will enlighten the visits about the history of Ohio City. The history stored in this museum will also be of great use to students as they will learn a lot in these museums,

The importance of a family cannot be ignored especially because of the support they provide to diabetic patients. Family is therefore a positive cultural value which will assist in managing diabetes disease. This paper therefore seeks to address how each of the PEN-3 model’s three factors within the dimension of cultural empowerment applies to the African American group.
It is important to explore by identifying several cultural beliefs and practices that are positive, existential and negative. Positive factors are likely to lead to an improvement by reducing the prevalence of diabetes among the African Americans. Existential factors are existing cultural values and beliefs that may have no harmful health consequences. Cultural practices that may act as barriers in controlling the prevalence of diabetes among the African Americans are the negative factors. Example of these negative practices includes poor nutrition leading to obesity.
Positive Factors
The positive factors which will influence management and control of diabetes among the African Americans include spirituality and family. For example, talking about a family affair with diabetes will make a great impact in controlling diabetes among the African Americans. This is because it will create awareness of how to handle and deal with diabetes. Spirituality will have a positive impact in controlling the prevalence of diabetes among the African Americans. African Americans who have spiritual faith are likely to engage in activities which will reduce the prevalence of the disease.
Existential Factors
Existential factors include faith healing. A belief in faith healing is a factor which is likely to reduction in prevalence of diabetes among the African Americans. Individuals who are religious are likely to visit religious leaders to seek healing and intervention. Many individuals confess that they got healed after being prayed for by the Pastors and other religious leaders. This is attributed to believing in faith healing.
Negative Factors
Consumption of “comfort foods” is common in the diet of the African Americans. These foods contain high fat, sugar, and calorie contents. Example of negative cultural factors includes unhealthy traditional foods. Poor nutrition among the African Americans is more l.

Program evaluation plan (part 2)
In order to ensure that the “gender equity for girls in math” education program which applies to master’s level students is efficient in fulfilling the outlaid goals, the goal based approach of evaluation should be applied in evaluating the effectiveness of the program. The major objective of this education program is to empower the girl child and to ensure that there are increase female students taking courses in mathematics at higher education levels (Markovits & Forgasz, 2017). In this case therefore, the evaluators has to establish if the establishment of this program will promote the positivity and capability of girls to take courses in Mathematics and to increasingly love the subject even in the lower classes so as to portray an increased number in the number of girls pursing this course in the masters level.
The goal based approach of evaluation will help the school evaluator to be able to determine how they can ensure that all the institutions are able to empower the girl child and encourage them to increasingly perfect their skills in mathematics in order to see a reflection of changes in the higher education levels (Sarouphim & Chartouny, 2017). This evaluation technique will help the education program creators to determine if the program is efficient in attaining the set objects through checking the outcomes of the implementation of the program over certain period of time.
The gender equality for girls in Math is a program that is anticipated to help the girl children be able to resolve their issues that result from fear and insecurities which cause them to undermine their power and be left behind by the boy child in regard to prosperity in Mathematics (Ganley.et.al, 2018). Therefore, the evaluators will have a role of determining the broader impacts of this approach as well as investigate what greater good is served as a result of this program. This will include identify the consequences that the program will have on other courses which most female students major in and how the male students will be affected by the program. The goals based evaluation method will help establish the objectives which can be added in the program to make it have optimal results to both girls and boys as well as ensure that other courses that are male dominated portray gender equality (Stoehr.et.al, 2017).
The major areas where the evaluators will assess include; the goals of the program, the outcomes of the program as well as the consequences. The main questions concerning these areas will be; what are the objectives of the program? How will the program be able to meet these goals? How do the goals of the program align with the activities involved.
This document discusses a program budget and financial analysis for a breast cancer awareness campaign targeting African American women. It includes a $1 million budget with revenue sources like grants, donations, and product sales. Expenditures include materials development, workshops, salaries, and supplies. A break-even analysis finds the point where costs equal $100,000 in revenue. Cost-effectiveness analysis shows the awareness campaign is more effective than alternative screening programs in reaching more women at a lower cost. In conclusion, careful budgeting and financial planning are important for implementing the breast cancer awareness initiative.

This document summarizes a research article about the role of relationships and families in healing from trauma. The article discusses how most trauma treatment focuses on the individual, but trauma is also a relational event that affects close relationships. It argues that systemic protocols addressing interpersonal difficulties in addition to intrapersonal issues are critical for healing. To illustrate, a graphic case study is presented of a family experiencing trauma due to a kidnapping, and how individual versus systemic treatment approaches would differ in addressing their needs.

Program Design to Promote Social Goals in American K12 Schools

Program Design to Promote Social Goals in American K12 Schools
Explanation of Each Initiative
The three main initiatives of promoting social goals in school will include: promoting moral and character education, improving children’s health and nutrition, and creating school communities through extracurricular activities, after school programs, and school spirits (Rissanen et al. 2018). Comment by Evelyn Young: The 3 initiatives are clearly stated. Although did Rissanen et al. propose these 3 initiatives to promote social goals in schools? If these are your arguments, take credit for them. No need to give credit to Rissanen et al. for formulating the thesis for your paper.
I think that your paper could have used an introduction followed by the thesis statement.
Explanation of Each Initiative
Moral education is meant to promote good conduct among school-going children, not just within their immediate social relationships, but also in their dealings with their fellow citizens. This initiative is premised on the need for students to possess clear ideals and judgments on what action are right and what are wrong, including the determination of students’ conduct through a constant reference to those ideals. Moral education will be offered as a social goal to enlighten students on a system of rules and norms that regulate the social interactions of people on concepts of welfare, such as harm, trust, justice, and rights. For some students, issues related to values, personal feelings, and societal norms are constructs for discussions and are as such viewed as being influenced by the manner in which morality taught or experienced in schools, churches, and social institution settings. Moral education will be meant to reduce criminal and deviant behaviors among students. Moral character is required in schools because many parents do not teach their children morality issues.
The health and nutrition initiative is meant to improve the physical and mental well being of students. This initiative has the potential to improve the quality of students’ urban life, strengthen the ability of poor children to excel in their studies, and to compensate them for the substandard home and school environments spawned by competitive, inequitable social order. Health and nutritional initiatives will be strengthened through planning and introducing curriculum on nutrition with educational activities. These will include physical activities, which are combined with the farm to school programs that motivate students to consume healthy diets. Indeed, the hybrid school-based nutritional programs have major influence on attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors associated with fruits and vegetable consumption diffused throughout a bigger urban community (Dudley Cotton & Peralta, 2015). This hybrid intervention includes combining district stra.

Grouping Strategy for Ms. Jensen
The arrangement of the student in the class should be based on their proficiency level while factoring the different capabilities of each student. The teacher should ensure that the both fast learners and slow learners are catered in terms of understanding how to handle their comprehension capabilities. The class has three categories of student, basic, intermediate and proficient.
Cooperative Learning
Cooperative grouping is based on the differences among the children in terms of their learning abilities. Li & Lam (2013) states that cooperative grouping is best suited for situations where students have learning abilities which are differing. The grouping technique is implemented following the analysis of the heterogeneous factors such that students should be grouped depending gender, economic background, culture, race and ethnicities. The ranking of students should follow the descending order starting with the highest to the lowest. To make a ranking legend, the teacher should use L for low achiever, M for medium achievers and H for highest achievers. The grouping should include at least one student from each category for the purposes of achieving diversity. The grouping system should however be done without involving the students as such could encourage discrimination. The issues of gender should be defined effectively to avoid the majority of gender in any of the group.
Rationale for Placement
The strategy is important and useful for the given case because students have different abilities and proficiency. The grouping strategy also promotes involvement of all students since the group is designed in manner which facilitates individual contribution. Tsay & Brady (2012) states that the cooperative grouping is important since it allows for the development of critical thinking skills and communication skills.
Conclusion
Ms. Jensen’s class has students with different abilities and varying English proficiency. Cooperative grouping is effective for 7th grade children since it allow them to exchange information amongst themselves while encouraging collaborative learning. Students are more likely to improve their self-esteem and moralization to study English tasks since group composition allows individual contribution and peer discussions.

Obesity and Weight Management Programs
Introduction to the Problem
The problem under investigation in this research is the issue of
obesity and weight management. This topic was selected
because it the issues is affecting many people today around the
world and most significantly in the United States. Thousands of
people worldwide are dying from obesity and overweight related
illnesses such as diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure among
many others (Obesity & weight control: Health risks, weight
loss & bariatric surgery, n.d.). Therefore, it has a huge impact
on the healthcare system since it has increased the problems
2. that healthcare professionals and facilities are facing. Hospitals
are now congested mainly due to diet related illnesses, obesity
being at the top of the list, which causes short staffing due to
the increasing patients numbers relative to providers’ numbers.
The providers, especially nurses, may then suffer from burnout
and thus affecting the quality of care that they provide. Several
weight management programs have then been created in order to
tackle the serious problem of obesity. Therefore, conducting a
proper research on obesity and weight management programs is
very crucial since it will help in providing in-depth
understanding of the whole issue and thus useful in developing
and implementing ways that can curb the problem by proper
implementation of these programs. This will improve the
conditions of healthcare facilities and eventually the quality of
care provided.
The Problem
The problem is obesity and weight management programs.
Obesity is a medical condition that occurs when an individual
has excess body fat or weight that might have some significant
effect on his or her health (Hu, 2008). On the other hand,
weight management is the process of embracing long-term
lifestyle modification to keep a healthy body weight on
depending on the age, gender, and height of an individual. They
include methods such as eating heathy food and increasing the
levels of physical activity. Weight management programs are
then the initiatives that are created in controlling the weight of
individuals in order to control such conditions as obesity.
Managing one’s weight through these programs is very
important part of their health because they avoid being
overweight and obese to reduce the risks of medical conditions
such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke.
The intake of diet considered unhealthy, lack of physical
exercise and practicing unhealthy lifestyles such as too much
intake of alcohol, smoking may lead to increase in weight, and
thus a person is considered overweight. This is when the body
contains too much body fat above the required amount. Obesity
3. then occurs after being overweight when the calorie intake of a
person goes higher than the amount of energy that is burnt off
every day. This obesity issue is then being mitigated in many
countries through the weight management programs. The
programs are categorized into three many groups that include,
clinical, non-clinical, and do-it-yourself programs (The
National Academies Press, n.d.).
Significance of the problem to Nursing
Obesity has become a pandemic in the United States and many
healthcare professionals including nurses have considered being
the most pressing issues of health currently. It has become the
top of the priorities in the US since about two-thirds of adults
are either obese or overweight. Since nurses have the most
important role in health care, they are most affected by this
epidemic and are also in the forefront of managing the problem
because they responsible for implementing the programs in the
facilities and among their patients. Nurses are affected by
obesity in that it increases the number of patient they attend
that might wear them out, as they are required to provide care to
many patient beyond their ability. This then affects the quality
of care that they provide and may eventually result in poor
patient outcomes. Moreover, obesity may complicate the basic
nursing interventions to the affected patients such as skin care,
resuscitation and assessment measures, intravenous access,
altered drug absorption, and respiratory challenges. Therefore,
these professionals should take action in becoming more
informed concerning obesity and to put themselves in a position
as the educators and role models to their patient and their
families as well as the community (Rowen, 2009). Besides,
nurses play a significant role in ensuring the success of the
weight management programs since they can effectively
implement them and educate their patients concerning these
programs in order to manage their weight and avoid health
complications.
Purpose of the research
The purpose of this research is to identify the health risks and
4. effects of overweight and obesity in people, and the essential
role of obesity and weight management programs. For example,
individuals who are overweight or obese are at an increased risk
of developing serious illnesses. Besides, it may lead to many
chronic conditions. The conditions are such as hypertension,
type 2 diabetes, stroke, coronary heart disease, or high levels of
triglycerides, cholesterol (The health effects of overweight and
obesity, 2020). It also causes diseases such as gallbladder
disease, mental illnesses such as anxiety, and depression. There
are also breathing problems and sleep apnea, including body
pain and physical functioning difficulties.
There are essential programs such as do-it-yourself, nonclinical,
and clinical programs. The programs. The programs have a
variety of interventions, which include the treatment intensity,
cost, and the degree of the involvement (Programs for and
approaches to treating obesity, n.d.). The do it yourself
programs are individually formulated. Hence, they involve
varying interventions. The category involves any form of effort,
which an individual does, to loose weight by herself or himself.
For example, an individual may decide to loose weight by
decreasing the amounts of calorie intake. In the case of the
nonclinical programs, they are often franchised commercially.
They are often developed by a company, and often involve
guidance and instructional materials, which are typically
prepared in consultation with the health care providers. Besides,
such programs are often managed by licensed or qualified health
care providers (Programs for and approaches to treating obesity,
n.d.). In the case of the clinical programs, they involve
programs which hare provided by a licensed professional. The
professional may or be or may not be part of a system of a
commercial franchise. Hence, the services are provided by an
individual professional.
Research questions
The research question is essential in enquiring about overweight
and obesity management programs. The research question will
enhance efficient groundwork for the entire research process;
5. hence, it requires good research questions to prevent the
research from suffering from errors. The research questions are
such as:
· Is obesity a serious problem?
· What are some of the factors, which cause or expose one to
obesity?
· Is obesity harmful to an individual's health?
· What are some of the economic consequences of obesity and
overweight in society?
· What are some of the steps to be taken to fight obesity?
· What is the importance of obesity and overweight management
programs?
· What are some of the interventions employed by management
programs for overweight and obesity?
The questions will help in providing a focus on the entire
research process. They also decide on what direction the
research takes. Moreover, they enhance the identification of
resources, such as other scholarly studies, as reference
materials.
Master's Essentials that aligned with your topic
Some of the master's essentials, which aligned with my topic:
obesity and weight management programs are such as quality
improvement and safety, clinical prevention, and population
health for improving health. Therefore, continuous quality
improvement in the management of the area of overweight and
obesity in the healthcare organization is essential (A guide to
baccalaureate education for nursing, 2015). For instance, the
skills and knowledge concerning the management of overweight
and obesity, enhance quality care. Hence, improve safety among
individuals. Moreover, quality improvement through evidence-
based practice, in areas concerning the management of obesity
and overweight is essential for the welfare of the people.
In the case of clinical prevention and population health for
improving health, it focuses on the prevention and treatment of
illnesses, such as chronic diseases, communicable diseases,
including the health disparity and inequity (A guide to
