The information system is applied to deliver messages to the particular people through their devices successfully around different organizations on a fast moving crisis. In this case, the intended stakeholders are individuals, groups, and society that have running institutions or business out there ("Emergency Notification System Emergency App," 2016). The primary sponsor of the project is a mechatronic engineering professional solutions company that deal with technology and programming. Requirements specification The goals and objectives of emergency notification system are; -The introduction of the new technology to the existing market so as to find other opportunities. -Reduce the risks of running a business while away. -Maintain the intact of the owner and the business running. Lessen the cost of regular -reducing the manual method of notification, therefore, covering overtime expenses. -maintain security at high degree since it saves time. - work and develop skills of the individuals who will be involved in the system. The requirement of hyper mode notification includes high technology automation features, excellent responsive message delivery so as to run convenient sending and receiving alerts. OSHA and NEPA laws should be observed. The system should be able to hold a mass variety of the notifications ("Emergency Notification System Emergency App," 2016). The functional requirements should be intelligent automation, have advanced parameters, have a detailed audit log, allow mobile messaging, able to maintain two-way communication and be able to track delivery status and also the feedback. The non-functional are, poor in GIS mapping thus not able to draw the required simple maps. Poor on voice alert and only rely on text speech, poor support of divisions and organizations, unable to help different audiences of language customization. Assumption of the projects is; The system notification works through all series of Android kits. The system is compatible to emails notification and messaging. The hosting channel will work around 95% correctly. The system can operate at any range of distance, therefore, initiating alerts at any corner. 4. Do the Benefits of Vaccination Outweigh Risks?

Introduction
There have been arguments on whether the benefits of
vaccination outweigh the risks. Many religious groups and non-
governmental organizations have been on the front line in
condemning vaccination. Most of these groups argue that
vaccination does not only prevent children from contracting
some diseases but also have their long-term side effects. Some
of the religious groups have come out to claim that vaccination
is used by some of the governments as a birth control method
since it has effects on the hormones responsible for the
formation of the fetus. However, the claims have not been
substantiated (Sears, 2011). The groups have not rested their
case there; some have access to resources, and they say they

5. have conducted tests on some of the polio vaccines, and they
found out that they affect most of the female children. They
believe that the vaccine causes hormonal imbalance and
therefore interfering with the normal process of conceiving and
giving birth.
The Literature Review
Vaccination is one of the most trusted ways of preventing
children from contracting diseases in the society. Since the
invention of vaccines, the society has always championed for
the vaccination of children at a tender age. Research has proven
beyond reasonable doubt that for the last seven decades,
governments and communities have been on the forefront in
championing for the vaccination of young children. United
States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Sweden are just but a
few of the countries that have not compromised on the
vaccination of the young children. The spirit has been spread to
other parts of the world like in Africa where last year the
number of the vaccinated children increased by 37% in just two
years. The move has not only seen many children being
prevented from risky illnesses, but the society has also
responded positively to the issue of immunization. Different
benefits come along with vaccination.
Benefits of Vaccination
Vaccination has not only helped children from contracting
dangerous diseases; it has also strengthened economies of the
various countries. Diseases like Ebola, measles, small pox, and
polio used to kill a big number of people at the beginning of the
twentieth century. As a result, governments lost many strong
and hardworking citizens who would have been involved in the
activities of strengthening their economies. The recent research
that was conducted by the Union of Doctors states that the
number of people who died of polio and measles has drastically
dropped and that is because vaccination has been embraced by
many nations. On the other hand, economies of different

6. countries have been strengthened as a result of a healthy
population. Algeria is one of the countries that have benefited
from Ebola vaccine considering that the country was hit by
Ebola outbreak in less than five years ago. As much as there are
benefits of vaccinations, there are risks as well.
Risks of Vaccination
Just like any other medicine, a vaccine is capable of causing
allergic reactions. People’s bodies are different; there are those
who react to different drugs components whereas there are those
who do not react at all. Research has proven that different
people react differently from vaccines. MMRV vaccine has been
on a question about its suitability in protecting children from
mumps, chicken pox, rubella or measles (Offit, 2008). The truth
of the matter is MMRV has side effects though not as severe as
many people say, they do not reach to the extent of death.
Globally, it is well known that medicines are not a hundred
percent safe. Vaccines are not an exception; however, vaccines
risks are minimized. The drugs are continuously tested to ensure
that they reach to the required standard, and their allergic
reactions are minimized. Putting into consideration that many of
the drugs are administered to healthy children, they are tested to
ensure that they do not compromise the health of the children.
