• Converted 98% of finished footwear purchases from letters-of-credit to the TradeCard web-based e-payment

• Launched distribution center bypass systems by leveraging third-party logistics providers in Asia, U.S., Canada,
and Europe cutting costs by over $1M and increasing overall customer satisfaction.
