Two thousand magnificent kilometres of asphalt roads.
Exciting journeys through canyons, river and lake valleys and the shadows

and summer pastures. From a primeval forest to a sea of stone
and the real sea. From seagulls to eagles, or vice versa...
Montenegro is a true pocket dictionary of various concepts,
experiences, emotions, scenes, opposites and
extremes. Small and densely packed, such is the situation
here – for the reason that the space itself is compressed,
with everything else that goes with it. Sudden
take-offs into the chilly heights and fast landings
onto the Mediterranean. Landscapes that change like
in a motion picture. Vistas that open up and run away
somewhere behind the wheels. Sublime adventures
through canyons, river and lake valleys, through the
shadows of coniferous forests, scattered villages and
summer pastures. Friction against the hidden, narrow
roads. Rolling through the augury of different sorts of
scents, through the rugged rocks in which the flowers
bloom and through the meadows from which bluffs of
flowers and grass stick out, and then, without rest or
warning, decorations of infinite widths and open seas,
which tease and move the senses...
There are so many things here, and, with a little patience,
it could all be ironed out to match the size of
a decent continent. Is this enough reason for you to
decide to go for a nice adventure of discovering Montenegro?
We hope so.
We wish you a pleasant journey along these roads and
plenty of unforgettable memories.
Experience the whole Montenegro in just one day! This tour offers you the possibility to get to know Montenegro and its four different geographical areas, from the blue sea to the high black mountains.
There are many deep and long canyons in Montenegro, but there are not many like Platije – canyon of the river Moraca, which is truly amazing.
There are some parts of the canyon whose rocks are sharpened like diamonds and are so polished that only lichens and mosses can live on them. The sun illuminates rocks of the canyon in so many ways that every time you pass it you can see different colors and shadows, immortalized in paintings of many painters - not only from Montenegro.
Tara River is the longest river of Montenegro (156 km). Tara River is derived of rivers of Opasnica and Verusa and of winter snow and seasonal rains, with its source in the foot of Komovi Mountains, and together with Piva River, close to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, forms Drina River from Scepan polje. Tara River carved one of the deepest canyon gorges in the world which is 93 km long and more than 1300 meters high what make Tara River Canyon the deepest river canyon in Europe and the second deepest canyon in the world right after the Colorado River canyon. Protected by UNESCO since 1977, Tara River Canyon is one of the top 25 recognized world nature heritage sites, accessible for hikers and bikers. Tara River water quality and purity is so clean that you can drink water from it. All along its flow, the Tara River gets large quantities of water from numerous sources, and form breathtaking waterfalls and scenic cascades, whose roar is heard on the very peaks of the canyon. There are rocky and pebbly terraces surrounded with thick pine forests, sandy beaches, high cliffs, steep sides and more than 80 large caves along the Tara River Canyon.
Part of the river Tara, known as “Tear of Europe” runs through in the National Park “Durmitor”.

Bordered by the clear sea, covered with white rocks, sunlit by the Mediterranean sun, Montenegro is one of the last European oases to which one can flow from the
dynamic tempo of civilization and rest by the soft sound of the waves, the song of crickets and the intoxicating scents of miscellaneous vegetation.
However you Reach Montenegro, through whichever ”door” you enter, you will encounter intact nature and be welcomed by hospitable, proud and friendly people.
The Gulf of Kotor (Boka Kotorska) cuts deeply into the coastline of the southern part of the Yugoslav Adriatic, creating four spectacular bays ringed in mountains, the “fjords” of the Mediterranean. The little town of Perast is situated at the foot of St. Elijah Hill (873 m), opposite the narrow Verige strait, where the innermost bays of Risan and Kotor converge. This easternmost shore was the earliest inhabited area in the Boka. The remains of a Neolithic culture (3500 BC) have been discovered in the caves of Spila above Perast and various archaeological finds provide evidence of civilization dating from Illyrian, Roman and early Christian periods.
Preceded by two jewel-like islands, Perast is focused on the sea. From the interaction between mainland and bay, the inherent contrast of stone and water, the dialogue of island and wave, sometimes in harmony but often in conflict, this sea-faring town has derived its unity, strength and sense of purpose. Despite its size, a sophisticated urban structure has arisen, demonstrated by the proportion, scale, massing and rhythm of the great number of public buildings, especially along the waterfront.

Children are not born knowing rules, they learn these by degrees – rules of the home, the family car, public transport, publi places, sports grounds, places of worship, and so on. School communities are no exception. School and classroom rules exist to ensure harmony for all, serving as a reminder that, among other things, teachers have a right to teach and students have a right to learn – in a happy, safe, and secure environment. When it comes to protecting the rights of the members belonging to these learning communities, the rules and responsibilities, as well as the consequences for not adhering to these, need to be clearly stated, understood and respected.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

As one of the most spectacular roads in the world, the
Transfagarasan is definitely a must-see for any tourists crossing
the Romanian border. This exquisite mountain road measures
93 miles, and it required 4 years to build between 1970 and
1974 during the reign of Nicolae Ceausescu. Over 20 tons of
dynamite was used to dislocate 3 million tons of rock during the
construction process. As with almost any major architectural
undertaking, it is said that many workers actually lost their
lives while building the road.
