Script:
1st scene: Jack walks up to the building and looks up (Tilt)
2nd scene: cut to scene where Zak (Michael) and Chris (Jamal) talk about the ex-employee
accident
Dialogue: Michael “We have a new employee replacing Norman”
Jamal: “Who’s Norman?”
Michael “The creepy man that disappeared two weeks ago after he tried to convince us that
something abnormal happens”
3rd scene: Jack enters building and walks towards the room, stops at the door (Framing)
showing from the side of Michael and Jamal.
Jack walks and introduces himself to them
Jack: “Good morning, I’m Jack”
Michael: “Hi I’m Michael and this is Jamal, you’re the new guy replacing Norman right?”
Jack: “I didn’t know I was replacing someone, but what happened to the guy named Norman?”
Jamal: “We heard that he-…“
4th scene the manager interrupts the conversation quickly, he looks like he wants to hide what
happened to Norman and shakes Jack’s hand.
Manager: “Good to see you Jack, let me show you where you will be working”

2. Both Jack and the manager walk out of the room, Michael and Jamal look surprised why the
manager interrupted the conversation.
Jamal: “Why is Franklin acting weird today?”
Michael: “I don’t know, but something must be going on we don’t know about”
5th scene: Both Franklin and Jack enter the working room
Jack sits down and starts working, we show time passing by. This is going to be done by either
filming a clock and then fast forward it or film the sky and fast forward that.
6th scene: The colour scheme of this scene is dark to create a negative atmosphere. The last
worker speaks to Jack before he leaves.
Franklin:”Jack its 9 o’clock I’m leaving do you need anything or are you also going to leave?”
Jack: “No, I just need to finish this task and will go after that”
Franklin:”Jack, JUST make sure that you don’t stay here up late”
7th scene: After everyone left we are going to show that time passes again using the clock and
we are going to add non-diegetic sound (Wind) to the scene and then change camera to a
window showing that it is raining. Jack then hears the door knocking thinking that Franklin is
coming because he forgot something.
Jack: Walks towards the door and opens it underway he says “I bet you (Franklin) forgot
something in your office” when he opens the door no one is there “Oh that is weird, I swea r I
heard someone knocking?” Jack looks left and right while saying that.
He then walks back to his desk and looks at the clock (camera goes directly to camera), minutes
later hears the water tap in the toilet and goes to check it.
Jack: “I think it’s time to go home” he puts his coat on and then hears the water tap. He walks
to the toilet and closes the tap. Jack looks in the mirror.
Jack: “This day wasn’t bad at all, I hope it stays like this” while talking to himself a thunder is
heard in back and a figure is standing behind him. Jack looks back behind him but now one is
there, while panicking he goes back to his desk.
A man in a dark suit standing back in the room starts talking “Why are you here?” “Did I give
you permission?” Jacks is terrified (close up on his face). The man doesn’t walk, but his position
changes (using jump cuts) until he stands in front of the camera (low angle) which represents

3. Jack as he looks up. The man says “This day is bad, for you!” a fade out is used and a terrifying
music plays.
