Becky will be the camera operator and will need to communicate with the director and actors to ensure she is capturing the right shots from the proper angles. She will also be responsible for editing the raw footage after filming. Jenny will serve as both the director and production runner. As director, she will communicate with Becky to ensure the camera operator is getting the desired shots and provide feedback. As production runner, she will coordinate logistics and ensure everyone has what they need. Mark and Emily will be the lead actors, communicating with each other and the director about their roles and performances. They will also share production running duties to keep filming on schedule and running smoothly. Everyone must be aware of and

1. Becky - Camera Crew
Myself as the camera woman will be communicating with everyone, especially the director as it’s important to
interact about the filming, shots, is it right and whether it needs to be done more than once. I will need
communication from everyone on what they think about camera angles and need them to give me feedback
on what I’m doing, for reassurance. I will need to know if I’m filming the right thing, and if I’m positioned right,
and i will know all this by communication from the actors and directors. My last job is to do my own edit of the
film when all the filming is done, as this is the case for everyone in the group.
The other three people in my group were allocated their job roles too which include director, production
runner, and actors/actresses.
Jenny – Director/Production Runner
With there being 4 people in our group, we have had to negotiate who would be the production runner and it
had to allocate the job role to the three other members Jenny, Emily and Mark. Jenny will be the director and
the production runner, so she will communicate with me, to make sure I’m doing the right things and if not she
will let me know. Other things that the director will be responsible for is the overall smooth running of the
filming. Being a production runner will involve rallying around for everyone making sure they have everything
they need, set up and know exactly what they are doing, they are there for assistance. The production runner
will be the person that will keep things running smoothly.
Mark and Emily – Actor/Actress (Jordan – Extra)
Mark and Emily will be starring in the film as two of the main characters along with an extra who is playing
Marks on-screen brother, he is called Jordan. Their roles are to communicate fully with each other, make they
know the script, what’s going to happen and how to portray their selves as the characters they are set out to
be. They will also have consistent communication with the director, if there is anything that needs changing
then the director will be on to it. As well as communicating with the director and camera crew, they will need
to speak to each other to make sure they know what they are doing, if they are doing it right, does anything
need changing, or do they need to add or change anything. It’s important that communication between them

2. is high as they are the main characters. As I have said Mark and Emily will both be production runners too as it
will be easier to share the role, that way there will be someone at all time being the production runner, to
ensure things are running smoothly and the filming is getting done.
A key job role for everyone as a whole group and individually is to know the filming schedule thoroughly. We
will all have to know what times to be at what location and when we are filming. This is very important and if
anyone is late, it hold back the filming time which means it will take us longer to get things done, so we all
need to be reliable and time efficient. Everyone needs to be aware of transport too because we have a few
different locations and they need to be easily accessible and convenient for everyone.
