The Roer4D project focuses on the research and impact of Open Educational Resources (OER) in enhancing post-secondary education accessibility in the Global South over a three-year timeframe, backed by CAD 2 million in funding. It involves multiple sub-projects across regions including South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia, aiming to empirically support educational reforms and build capacity among OER researchers.
