History of Rockets
Some of the first true rockets were accidents, there
were the Greek rockets made in wooden shapes of birds and
sphere. Around 400 B.C they made the sphere work by
mounting it over a boiling water kettle. The steam was what
made the sphere move. Then the Chinese made simple
gunpowder in first century A.D. It was made of saltpeter,
sulfur, and charcoal dust. Used mostly for fireworks at
celebrations and at some point, bamboo tubes were attached
to arrows and launched with bows. They soon discovered
they could launch on their own using the power from the
escaping gas. That was the first true rocket. Then it kept
evolving, today we have rocket that reach speeds that go
past the speed of sound.

Newton's first law of motion stats that an object at rest will
remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force. An
object in motion continues in motion with the same speed and
in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced
force.
Newton’s second law of motion stats that Acceleration is
produced when a force acts on a mass. The greater the mass of
the object being accelerated the greater the amount of force
needed to accelerate the object.
Newton's third law of motion stats For every action there is
an equal and opposite reaction.

List the law that applies to the Rocket
launch and how?
 Newton's third law applies to the Rocket
launch because as the rocket exerts force
upon the ground the force is equal coming
back sending the rocket into the air.
