Daria Rocco was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 but became a 9-year survivor. She felt unhappy with her body after surviving cancer. She started a healthy diet and exercise routine, which led to positive physical changes. Within a few short months, she was seeing results and went from surviving to thriving. On the 9th anniversary of her cancer diagnosis, she was able to complete her first tough mudder competition, thanks to support from her family and mentor. She wants to help others transform their lives through fitness.

2. I am passionate about life and all it's
bends.
Blindsided on a Monday afternoon with a
cancer diagnosis in 2003, my life took on a
new meaning. 9 year survivor!
Motivated to making the next 50 better then
the first 50 by teaching others how to get fit n
healthy with me in a simple, step by step
program that has the power to change their
life.

the way my body looked.
I was miserable in my own
