Contract Manager
Contract Manager assigned to Kaiser Permanente National Facilities Services Capital Projects -
Provide management and administration of construction contracts and proposals for the Kaiser Permanente National Facilities Services (NFS)
organizations involved in construction of new and/or retrofit hospital buildings and other medical facilities. Responsible for construction contract
formation, contract administration and change order management activities for all architect/engineering and construction contracts related to a $3 plus
billion dollars per year capital spending program.
