This risk assessment form is for the "Invincible box challenge" production taking place from March 6-10, 2020 at Sunderland College. The production will film Krasimir Marinov performing activities in the college media studio, including standing on a box and using a tripod-mounted camera. Hazards identified include slipping, tripping, objects falling, fire, explosive blast, and physical damage. Control measures to minimize risks include securing equipment, clearing hazards, following fire safety procedures, and using personal protective equipment.
