This document outlines potential risks and safety measures for various activities: 1. Taking photos with a tripod could pose tripping hazards if the tripod is in the way or on higher surfaces like stairs. Drinks near equipment could also damage devices. Care should be taken with positioning equipment and people. 2. Working on computers in an ICT room risks spills damaging devices and tripping over wires. Drinks should be kept away from computers and wires picked up. 3. Publishing answers to a questionnaire online without permission could identify people. Permission should be obtained before posting any details online and names can be removed if requested.
