Norman Jackson, a facilitator from JFP Strategic Planning and Sunningdale Corporate Finance Limited, gave a presentation on business planning tips at the Richmond Entrepreneurs' Conference in 2016. He stressed the importance of getting your business plan in writing, even if just initially on a napkin or envelope, and getting feedback from a mentor or advisor. Jackson also emphasized giving 100% commitment to your business and reviewing your plan regularly to adapt to changes. Finally, he recommended incorporating the five core values of rugby union - teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship - into your business plan.
