 Directing all aspects of the food department in line with school objectives.
 Overseeing adherence to the food budget for new equipment.
 Identifying opportunities for literacy within the school and playing a key role in Literacy group.
 Responsible for primary school liaison and delivery of food to KS2 students.
 Successfully devising schemes of learning for STEM and Food.
 Successfully leading IAG school days for Year 8 (Healthy Eating) and Year 13 students (Preparing for
University)
 Fully competent in delivering teaching and learning ideas to whole staff.
 Responsible for delivery of BTEC Home Cooking Skills to students in Pupil Referral Unit.
