This document outlines the "Why Statement" of an organization called Rhinos. It discusses that Rhinos are inspired by diversity and want to create a culture where all identities are celebrated and experiences are valued. Rhinos are also driven by inclusion and belonging, wanting to build a team where all feel welcomed, valued, and seen. Finally, Rhinos are dedicated to their community and devoted to this work of promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging through employee resource groups and continuing to learn and challenge assumptions.
