 RRC Drop Rate(%)
 ERAB Setup Success Rate (%)
 VOLTE ERAB Setup Success Rate
 DROP Call Rate (%)
 ERAB Drop Rate - PS (%)
 ERAB Drop Rate-VoLTE (%)
 Data Volume DL(MB)
 Data Volume UL(MB)
 Data Volume - Total (GB)
 Average Per user throughput (DL) Mbps
 Average Per user throughput (UL) Mbps
 VOLTE Traffic (Erlang)
 E-UTRAN Cell availability (%)
 Intra Frequency HO Out Success Rate(%)
 VOLTE Intra Freq HO out Success Rate
 PS handover success rate(LTE intra system) (%)
 Inter RAT HO out Success Rate (GERAN) (%)
 Inter RAT HO out Success Rate (UTRAN) (%)
 CSFB Preparation success rate
Major RF KPIs formula & Action Plan for Improvement
 RRC Connection Success Rate(All) (%):
Major Checks:
• Operational Issue check – Outage, Alarm, High VSWR, Configuration issue(Sec-0 should have one RRH, Sec-1,2 should have one RRH)
• If Traffic is very high & site is overshooting, we recommend down tilt in cell
• If site hangs, RRC SR becomes zero or very less suddenly site restart is recommended
 ERAB Setup Success Rate (%):
Similar actions are being taken for Improving Erab setup success rate(down tilt, restart, Outage/alarm rectification)
 Average Per user throughput (DL) Mbps:
Major Checks:
• Operational Issue check – Outage, Alarm, High VSWR, Configuration issue
• If connected user is very high & cell traffic is very high we down tilt the site to dominate the coverage & improves user throughput
• Sometimes high packet loss causes poor DL Throughput, Need to improve packet loss to improve DL user throughput
 Intra Frequency HO Out Success Rate(%):
 Major Checks:
• Neighbor Audit required for Improving Intra Freq HOSR, Wrong TAC, PLMN, PCI, Cell ID mapping in neighbor cause poor intra freq hosr
• Neighbor refresh(Neighbor deletion & recreation) required to improve intra freq hosr

 Inter RAT HO out Success Rate (GERAN) (%):
• For Improving SRVCC to GERAN – 4G to 2G Neighbor audit is required, If any 2G neighbor is having wrong Cell ID, BCCH, BSIC, LAC definition SRVCC will be
degraded, Need to correct the definition.
 Inter RAT HO out Success Rate (UTRAN) (%):
• For Improving SRVCC to UTRAN – 4G to 3G Neighbor audit is required, If any 3G neighbor is having wrong Cell ID, PSC, LAC definition SRVCC will be
degraded, Need to correct the definition.
