15. Career Accomplishment 1. In CHEMPRO the implementation of Membrane filtration technique was my project. This project lead the company get the contract of testing of bottled water produced by the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. I was also the one who introduced and implement the two Micro procedure adopted from AOAC, USP and Standard Methods that gives 28% revenue to the company. I was also appointed as company Safety Officer and the Safety Manual was developed by me in line to OSCH and DOLE guidelines. 2.The Microbiology Laboratory of Wespoint Industrial Mills Corporation was develop by me with the support of the management of JG Summit Company. Part of Quality Manual was prepared by me that lead to the recognition of laboratory by the DENR/EMB. I also Implement the Practice of Waste Management and Loss Control program Leading to the Prevention of company loss from raw materials down to finish product and in return add 30% revenue to the Management (An Outstanding Program that Lead to the Released of Cash Incentives and Recognition from the Management As Employee of the Year)

16. In MEDECO I initiate the implementation of Pyrogenecity test base on the European standard in line to the guidelines of manufacture of Medical Devices. The perfection of this test was then confirmed with the correlation test from the German Laboratory base in Germany shows that the proficiency of Microbiologist to do the test is very good. This valuable contribution in the promotion of Quality Control and Assurance leads to the released of Certificate of Merits and Cash Bonus.

The first Technical person in the Laboratory to implement waste water analysis which lead to the accreditation of Microbiology Laboratory as a accredited laboratory for Microbial testing of Influent and Effluent Water both for high raise building , Hotels , Slaughter Houses and Shopping mall. Convert the Conventional way of testing to an internationally approved rapid test method to reduced the cycle time of testing and assure a predetermined high degree of excellence in detecting Microbial problem that may affect the stability of product in it’s determined shelf life and minimized rejection of raw materials and finish product. Perform Physico Chemical Analysis on Different samples and handle highly sophisticated Instrument involving Chemical Analysis and can confidently and accurately perform Titration , Colorimetric , Gravimetric and other method in line to the methods of AOAC. My experience in performing this test can assure that my results are accurate and precise, repeatability of my results can assure my Scientific work excellence. Isolate purify and prepare the Microorganism that will be used in the production of Mushroom which will be produced commercially by Watania Agriculture Company (First time in the Gulf). Mass produced the Microorganism that was used in the production of Organic Fertilizers , this Microorganism is responsible in the Nitrogen Fixation in soil in the compost area of the company that lead to the advancement of Organic farming in the country.
