As part of operations, I coordinate all overseas based engineering efforts with a local contract manufacturer. I am 
responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining improved internal processes for New Product Introduction, current 
product build, product change control, compliance tracking, and general Product Lifecycle Management with a focus on 
time/cost reduction. 
· Re-structured ‘variable’ BOMs within the Agile PLM application to ‘fixed’ BOMs for all products creating a 
direct relationship between order entry and operations (Salesforce, Great Planes, Agile). 
· Re-defined product part numbering system to accommodate large number of product SW/HW variables. 
· Streamlined ECO process reducing ECO implementation cycle from 1+ month to 1 week. 
· Developed a controlled, SW product, customer download delivery process, eliminating packaging and shipping
