Position: Lead Architect
As Lead architect on the project, I completed the design as per the client brief and prepared the permitting
drawings for submission to authority and received the complete authority approvals. I also coordinated with the
Mechanical and the Electrical Teams for effective space management. And Site co-ordination.
 Trishul Cinemas: Design Scope included conversion of a 1800-Seater (Two-Screen) Cinema to a Four
400 seater-cinemas (4 Screens)with complete Architectural and Interior design, including the branding
system design for the project. A multi-Level car park was also designed with a Food-Court on top, as a part
of the project development.
 Bhandari Theatres: Design Scope included conversion of a 300 Seater Cinema (Single Screen)to a
three 100-seater cinemas (Three Screen). The scope of work included complete Architectural and Interior
(including the branding system design for the project. Design Scope included
PVR Cinemas, Delhi/ Gurgaon March’13- Oct’14
Position: Design Manager
I was appointed as a Project Manager with the PVR. PVR took over Cinemax and began the big task of changing
the identity of ‘Cinemax Cinemas’ to ‘PVR Cinemas’. I lead the project of re-design of Cinemax’s nationwide
properties to PVR design standards. Cinemax (now part of PVR) and PVR are two leading Cinema franchise in
India. The major redesign projects are as under. My responsibility was leading and design team of 10 people and
coordinating the design with the contractor for smooth execution.
 PVR Velachery Chennai: 5 Auditoriums with a total seating capacity of 1550 persons

handled for JBM motors are as below:
o BTS (Built to suit)- Jai Bharat Motors Corporate Office, Delhi (2012)
Total Area: 75,000 sft; Involved in the Facade design and the interior fit out for the project.
o BTS (Built to suit)- Jai Bharat Motors- Factory Office, Sohna road, Delhi (2012)
Total Area: 60,000 sft; Involved in the architectural design and the Interior Design of the project.
o Interior Fitout- Neel Metal Private Limited - Factory Office, Delhi (2012)
Total Area: 3,000 sft; Involved in the interior fit out for the project.

o Interior Fitout-Lufthansa Airlines – Delhi (2008)
Office interior of 25,000 sft floor area in DLF Cyber-City (DLF is a major Real Estate Developer in North
India) . Special feature of the project is cafeteria fitted out to resemble the interior of an aircraft.
o BTS ( Build to Suit) - ST Micro, Greater Noida, India (2008)
Architectural and Interior Design for Office building and auditorium. Involved in site execution of interior
work for office block and interior design of auditorium
o BTS Lotus Valley School, Delhi (2009)
Architecture & Interior design for the School Project. Building design is based on the Green building
design guidelines (LEED –USGBC). Achievement -LEED Certification.
o Interior Fitout- HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Pvt ltd, Delhi(2009)

3. Office Interior for 160,000 Sft Ground+7 floor structures in two phases. Project received LEED
PLATINUM, USGBC 2009 for commercial Interior.
This project is second platinum rated Interior Fitout project of India.

Design Architect for office interior fit-out project for Bank of America 75000 sqft
End to end involvement - Conceptual Design and Presentations, Working drawings, and Cost BOQ
o Interior Fitout - Cinepolis, Multiplex
Working on the Cinepolis project, I have been involved in design coordination exercise with the Mexican
Architect for the main Auditoriums and design of areas such as Lobby, Box Office, Bars and Food courts.

Restaurant bar, management offices, sports areas, swimming pool and surroundings, Open cafeteria.
o Interior Fitout- Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Delhi (2010)
Senior Project Architect for the commercial interior of 2.65 lac area G+9 Structure divided in 2 phases
Designed as per the LEED requirement and applied for the Gold certification for the commercial interiors
o BTS Project - Adobe, Noida
Worked on the project during the proposal stage
Led the team for the LEED proposal preparation for the project
o Interior Fitout - NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks) Noida
