December 2010 – till date
Designation: Vice President – Infrastructure Projects.
• Appointed as core team member to work under the direct leadership and aegis of the
Chairman Mr. Shiv Nadar –a visionary and a name acclaimed in IT industry world wide.
• Developed strategy for monitoring and development of 7 Mn sqft HCL ITSEZs at Noida,
Chennai & Bangalore with optimisation of space planning and meeting demand for the
seat delivery to meet business requirements.
• Organisational planning to establish leadership team for delivery of large scale
construction projects and management across geographies.
• Established Central Procurement Cell to draw economy of scale. Established Rate
contract mechanism with material companies.
• Lead International procurement of major items to benchmark against international
designs and quality. Also drew economy in budgets.
• Brought international design quality by bringing in International design consultants and
continuous benchmarking against international case studies and details. Worked with
STANTEC International, WOW, Perkins + Wills etc.
• Established best Project Management systems, processes, delivery practices and

o Awarded ‘Lum-Sum’ price contracts for few projects based on agreed specs and
fixed design model. This saved major time & efforts ofresources on multiple
tendering as well as controlled risk of Project cost.
o K-12 school was designed and delivered on Pre-Engineered Building
design. This was a Unique concept where we delivered from Ground zero to
start of operations in just 4months -120 days.
o On success of the above, planned 2 Nos of IT buildings, a hostel building and a
Cafeteria building for delivery in just 10 months. These shall be examples to be
followed in building Industry in times to come.
All delivery models, other than standard item rate contracts, were adopted for First time
in history of HCL and each model was very much appreciated for achieving its desired
objective.
Lead and delivered the Educational projects during 5 Yr tenure :
o Shiv Nadar University – 286 Acre Master Planning and construction of 3 Mn sqft
across 23 Buildings. Its India’s First Ivy League University. The planning and
designs are benchmarked against best in the world.

The campus has been recognised for its world class infrastructure and designs. 11
buildings have already achieved IGBC Gold rating for its energy conscious
designs and other have been filed for certification. The sports infrastructure has
been been developed in international specifications and Olympic standards.
• Leadership roles for delivery of following K-12 School Projects:
o Shiv Nadar School, Noida - 2.5 Lac sqft – 75 Cr
o Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon - 2.5 Lac sqft – 75 Cr.
Both school projects have been identified and recognised for its state of Art Infrastructure
and facilities. Designed on Green Building Guidelines for Gold Rating and are being
benchmarked by major school groups and business houses in the education industry.
All works under this initiative were executed under direct guidance of Mr Shikhar
Malhotra, Trustee and son in law of Mr. Shiv Nadar.
• Leadership role for delivery of “VIDYAGYAN’ Residential Schools at Secundrabad &
Sitapur in UP. Both schools are a 30 Acre campuses for 1400 students each and with
state of the art modern infrastructure facilities. It has been recognised by many
international agencies including FORBES for its noble initiative.
All works under this initiative were executed under direct guidance of
Ms Roshni Nadar Malhotra, CEO & Trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation and daughter of
Mr. Shiv Nadar.
• Lead design and execution teams for establishment of clinics across NCR under
HCL Healthcare initiative.
• Lead design and execution teams for establishment of Corporate office for Shiv Nadar
Foundation. This 1 Lac sqft building reflects the brand identity with modern & vibrant
interiors. The project is filed to achieve ‘IGBC Green Building Platinum rating for
interiors.
• Monitored delivery of 3 IT SEZs at Noida – 2.5 Mn sqft, Chennai – 2.5 Mn Sqft and
Bangluru 1 Mn Sqft.
o Campus design Optimisation from 105 sqft per seat to 85/90 sqft per seat.
o Standardisation of facilities.
• Worked as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and assisted him as well as all Trustees
for their architectural requirements. Worked on his mansion in California, USA and his
private residence in Delhi. Assisted Mrs. Kiran Nadar on works of KNMA Museum.
Was recognised & awarded for ‘Outstanding Performance’ for all 5 years and promoted 3
times in 5 yrs. Promoted from General Manager to Director in 2012, then to AVP in 2013 and
then as Vice President in 2015.

Designation: Senior Manager- Planning & Architecture–Project Development.
Job Profile:
• Envision, Plan and lead the development of Large Real Estate and Infrastructure projects
with Focus on strategic investments for $1 Bn Tata Realty Initiative Fund – an offshore
fund by Tata’s with long term returns.
• As Development Manager for Real Estate projects ranging in size from 3.5 mn sq ft to 1.5
mn sq ft.
• Responsible for implementing Fund’s investment objectives and strategy.
o Ascertaining project potential within ambit of applicable local bye laws, planning
norms. Review the proposed project product mix vis-à-vis the market demand
scenario.
o Implement project monitoring module for periodic audits of the projects for timely
completion of the projects.
• Project Monitoring & MIS: Periodic updates and alarms against odds, if any, to the
management on the project progress through established MIS system or create one in
absence of the same.
• Investor presentations and due diligence.
Projects Handled as Project Coordinator:
• 1.2 Mn sqft Retail Mall with overall specific responsibility for all operational matters with
internal as well as external agencies including Architects, design consultants , services
consultants and team of facility consultants.
o Provided technical and design leadership to all disciplines.
o First hand experience of working closely with a team of International architects –
M/s RTKL International Inc, USA one of the world’s best in Retail design.
Project is being constructed by Shapoorji Pallonji and managed by experienced
PMC.
o Project achieved ‘Gold Star’ rating by SEAC for its energy conscious designs.
o Building Information Management (BIM) modelling is being done for clash
detection and project management
o Primavera being used for effective project scheduling and milestone monitoring.
• 3.3 Mn sqft of Integrated & High Rise-Group Housing Project spanning over a site
admeasuring 36.25 acres at Gurgaon.
o Managed the Master planning & design development process by working closely
with international team of M/s B+H, Toronto and Planners Group, ND.
o Design schemes with high end amenities were developed with more than 80%
across all categories ranging from 2BHK-3BHK- 4BHK apartments and
penthouses to luxurious villas.
• 3.5 Mn & 1.5 Mn sqft World class IT SEZ’s for TCS : coming up at Pune and
Ahmedabad.
o International Design practices and processes have been acquired from M/s
SAGA Studios, an arm of Perkins + Wills, USA and experienced team of
Edifice Architects P Ltd.
o The shear project size of 3.5 Mn sqft (20000 seats) & 1.5 Mn sqft (8000 seats)
provided an opportunity to handle complex design requirements, integrated
functional requirements and detailed services designs.
o Architectural detailed design & complete interiors with Fitouts of individual areas
including Data Centres, Hub rooms, meeting spaces, Software development
blocks, Training centres, Cafeteria etc.
o Detailed design of a 100 Key Hotel within same campus
o State of the art Entertainment center with complete sports facilities.
o Detailed designs of 3000 seat capacity cafeteria blocks
o Facade designs worked out with internationally renowned Meinhardt
consultants, Singapore
o The services designs were worked over with leading consultants like Spectral
Services, Eskayem Consultants.
o PT Slab technology being used with VSL for structures

• International Review of Special Economic Zones – Analysed Jabel Ali Free Zone Dubai,
Sharajah International Airport Free Zone, Hamriyah Free Zone & Azman free Zone.
Developed an understanding of the configuration of an SEZ, Master Plan of multi-activity
SEZ, Infrastructure Facilities, Administrative setup, Trading and warehousing facilities
and its operations.
• Master Planning & Co-ordination with Expert team of Consultants. Land identification,
Acquisition and proposals for notifications from GoI. Presenting Potential of the project to
prospective Developers & Clients & Construction strategy for Infrastructure Development.

Personality
I am a soft-spoken, logical thinking, and resilient character, which serves me well in situations

It has been recognised by many international agencies including FORBES for its noble initiative. All works under this initiative were executed under direct guidance of Ms Roshni Nadar Malhotra, CEO & Trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation and daughter of Mr. Shiv Nadar. • Lead design and execution teams for establishment of clinics across NCR under HCL Healthcare initiative. • Lead design and execution teams for establishment of Corporate office for Shiv Nadar Foundation. This 1 Lac sqft building reflects the brand identity with modern & vibrant interiors.
