MY JOB Responsibilities:
• Managed Supply Base operations for offshore exploration by supporting 1 Jack-up rigs & 1 Semi sub
drilling rig at a time at Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd.; utilizing 2 offshore supply vessels and 2 tugs.
• Managed onshore logistics and materials supply from central warehouse by supporting 2 drilling rig & 4
work over rig at a time for on shore exploration activity.
• In addition to responsibility of a Material coordinator, assisted Supply Base Manager offshore project,
Pipavav in major Supply base activities like coordination with all concern
Logistics
• Coordination for material movements from locations viz. ware house, vendor yard to dock/port and finally
to the rigs as a forward cargo and vice versa as a backward cargo in coordination with all the rigs and
Offshore Supply Vessels (OSVs)
• Close monitoring of OSV movement and activity and recorded OSV down time if not performing as per
agreement which result in savings of day rates of OSV.
• Planed, coordinated and supervised surface and marine logistics for E&P operations.
Materials
• Prepared total materials documents such as Material receipt / return / transfer note, Cargo Manifest, Well
consumption report, Work Orders, Service requests and subsequently inventory updating.
• Certification of monthly rental equipment Inventory after physical verification
• Monitored inward receipt of material and Inspection of same for checking of defects and/or damages &
certification documents.

• Maintained equipments & prepare condition reports for all major company owned drilling materials like
casings, tubular, well head, casing hanger, packer, drill bits etc. with coordination of service providers.
• Managed CCU and lifting tackle certification and safety colour code
• Compilation of reports on results of physical verification of inventory duly classified under various heads
like Moving, Non-moving, Slow-moving Obsolete and damaged materials.

>To ensure that equipment with high rentals are demobilized and re-exported within the stipulated time to
avoid huge rental charges.
>To ensure safe practices while transportation, loading / unloading of materials so that the logistics
operations are incident free.
> To ensure complete documentation for Materials movement.
METALWARE CORPORATION (Delhi-NCR):
Responsible for receiving of Materials. Preparation of
MRIR/GRN Coordination with quality control for Inspection. Maintaining Inventory Control FIFO
