July 2013 till date: Presently working with Jindal Steel &
Power Limited in the Office of President
Const. –EPC as Asst. General Manager
(Project Controller)
Functional Area:
 To check & give inputs on Project estimate of various units of Steel, Hydro &
Thermal power plants which are in the preliminary stage of construction at
various locations across pan India & abroad.
 Spearheading Special Initiatives: Integration of a new SBU into JSPL family,
Employee Engagement Initiatives.
 Planned and facilitated various internal Senior Management Forums, budget
and strategy plan exercise, review meetings etc and catalyzed implementation
of decisions taken in letter and spirit.
 To finalize Sub-contractors for Large value works which requires huge labour.
This is a very tedious job as there is huge shortage of labour in Orissa (Angul)
region.
 Liaisoning with Client/Govt. agencies for Labour licenses, Environmental
clearance, clearing of RA Bills on time for maintaining positive cashflow.
Oct 2010 to June 2013: With PunjLloyd Limited as Manager

 Responsible for preparation of Business Plan for the entire Vertical and
review it on Monthly/Quarterly/6 months/Yearly basis.

 Worked as Management Trainee in H.C.C Ltd. observed various activities of
tunneling, bridges & open works. H.C.C was using a new technology of NATM
(New Austrian Tunneling Method) for tunneling works in soft soil .In spite of I-Sections
they were using Lattice Girder for the support system which was
used only in DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Project) before this which is a new
technique.
July 2003 – June 2004: With Deepak Builders Pvt. Ltd. as Project
Engineer for a small Hospital Project in
