in-depth study of the potential of Tidal

During this time the original founder was
restructured out of the group and the group
purchase by new shareholders. The first
official board was constituted.
During this period a number of master
franchise were bought back and the whole
franchise structure over-viewed and
reconstituted
This period was a period of huge change and a
refocussing of direction for the company.
