Jackie has a diverse background, extensive knowledge and working
experience in the Mining, Government, Private and Business sectors.
Jackie is also accomplished within the area of Indigenous Affairs and Government Relations
having worked extensively within the Anindilyakwa, Central and Kimberley Land Councils,
educational and training bodies, research institutes, health organisations, Aboriginal resource
centres and Indigenous businesses.
For over twenty years Jackie has lived and worked in a variety of remote Northern Australian
locations, specifically West and East Arnhem Land, the Groote Eylandt Archipelago, Central
Australia and the Kimberley region.
To support sustainable social, economic and regional growth throughout Northern Australia,
Jackie has negotiated mining lease agreements, land use agreements, established Aboriginal
Incorporations, convened industry forums, been a guest speaker, assessed grant applications,
established working committees, facilitated workshops and seminars and, held events that
show case advancement.
As a trained and applied Anthropologist with sound consultation and negotiation skills, a
Community Engagement expert with demonstrated capacity in Community Development
and Local Governance, Jackie is an excellent conduit between Indigenous and Mainstream
communities and the Northern Territory and Commonwealth Government departments,
service providers, trainers, employer groups, individuals, statutory bodies, Local Government
authorities and private industry.

With over 18 years of Corporate, Government and Professional exposure,
Jane brings a myriad of skills and knowledge to the INTEGRAL PLUS
partnership.
Primarily Jane’s experience involves a variety of expertise including Corporate Governance,
Office Management, Administration, Project and Financial Management, Human Resources,
Information and Records Management.
In addition Jane has successfully embraced Community Development processes which
engage regional communities and other stakeholders with a demonstrated focus on
capacity building in the areas of governance and service delivery. Additionally, Jane is
highly specialised in investigating and researching business needs and requirements,
recommending and actioning improvements and expertly devises and implements procedures
for efficiency and accommodate growth in business activities.
