Current Developments
Bahrain
• PPP – Private Public Partnership to build over 4,000 social and
affordable homes in the next 3 years.
• Yasmeenat Saar – mid income bracket affordable homes in
Saar, Northern part of the Country.
Morocco
• Ain Aouda – The procurement, development and delivery of over
8,000 affordable housing units within a community planned
development at Ain Aouda, within the environs of the capital city of
Rabat

Future Plans
o We currently have some 30 projects in the pipeline within the MENA region.
o We plan to implement our graduate and skilled worker training programme in 2013.
o We will continue to seek new opportunities within realizable geographical regions.
