Project Overview:
Dell International Services is the 2nd
largest TPA in North America and servicing multiple
Insurance companies on their block of business. The LifeSys system is the foundation of Dell
Services insurance administration solutions. Developed through decades of work with

3. insurance companies, LifeSys system is a powerful tool for processing policies from initial new
business submission, policy Issue, policy maintenance and claims that provides real-time access
to policy information via the Intranet or Internet. The LifeSys system provides a single
platform that supports multiple products as life, annuities, disability, Group and health. Dell
Services regularly upgrades LifeSys system to meet the changes requested by its customers by
undertaking multiple projects and through multiple releases.
