Project Objective:
The primary objective of this project is to build a scalable platform addressing the needs of Bond
Issuance & Swap Trade (BIST) capture process workflows and re-engineering of the existing Bond
Swap Documentation system, in World Bank’s capital markets department. The program aims at
adequate enablement of the users of the new platforms.
Project Description:
The BIST creation system caters to the various process involved in the BI as per the World Bank’s needs
and swap trade creation for mitigating the risks involved in the Bond trades. As per the design we have
come up with two case types (BI and ST) to deal with the two different lifecycle of bond issuance and
swap trade creation as evident from the name of the case. These bonds and swaps inherently come with
an option which either with World Bank or with the counterparty. The lifecycle of the above two cases
end when the trades are created in PRPC and summit and acknowledgment is received from summit on
the same.

Project Objective:
Appeal and grievance addressing system for providers and members in insurance domain
Project Description:
Prime provides a platform for appeal and grievance resolution for members as well as providers in
insurance.Triager is an operator who directly interacts with a member or a provider and creates a
member issue or a provider issue as per the circumstances. It is the triager who then creates a complaint
under the member/provider issue and classifies the complaint to be of appeal or grievance type. Triager
then routes the complaint to the case coordinator for compiling the case with required documents and
artifacts. Case coordinator compiles the case and routes the case to Registered nurse for review. RN
reviews the case and then forwards the case to a medical director for clinical determination.
Communication cases get created for every complaint through out its life cycle
