Project: Williams & Glyn Delivery|Client: RBS|Domain: Banking|Team Size: 3000+|Duration: 3 years
This project aimed to migrate data and code of existing Royal Bank of Scotland and to modify it to build and
establish the Williams & Glyn bank. Some of the RBS branches business is due to be divested from the Group
and to be merged under new bank. The project aimed to use the code and reference data of existing bank, and
to divest customers to start functioning of new bank with all the existing functionality being intact. I am involved
in this project from initial phase of Coding , Documentation , Unit testing, System testing, System Integration
testing , Functional Testing , Regression testing and End-to-End delivery of the application. My contributions in
the project are:
∑ Working as a Subject Matter Expert in the team, providing End-to-End analysis of the system.
∑ Working on both online and batch component of the system.
∑ Responsible for change impact analysis and resolving queries of the interfacing systems.
