2. E*TRADE’s major financial services are being handled by Serena – Online portal,
Eboss and Genie (Customer service module). Through these channels customer can satisfy their
financial needs from E*TRADE.
Responsibilities:
Ø Understanding the Business requirement.
Ø Preparing Test Estimation, Test Plan, Test scenarios and deriving Test cases, preparing
clarification document and handling Change requests.
Ø Handled automation failure analysis as part of SELAF and QTP scripting as well.
