4. Financial Management System(FMS) – Is a Self Service intranet web portal to
manage, administer and maintain financial transactions incurred by PVP Cinemas. It is a
system of record for the financial data. Starting with maintaining the expense reports, it will
be used as a Complete ERP solution. FMS provides several reports for higher management
reviews. Few reusable modules from the application are-like Detailed ,Daily Expenses
Summary, Bank Deposits, TDS Details, Cash Advance Details, Agreements and paid
Agreements, pre and post production details and also store Contacts List and finally we
generate all expenses Reports. The data elements and segments used are specified with
code values, qualifiers and an explicit notation of their presence. The number and name of
the relevant business term is provided for those data elements where some form of business-
related information is present, for example, dates, identities, amounts or means of payment
