created with the business department mapping specifications and then implementing
in Informatica Power Centre. The business department was supported by me at the
construction of the specifications. After the analysis of the requirements a data model
was created and the technical realization implemented. The data were available in the
form of Oracle tables and Flatfiles. The Oracle tables corresponded to the Siebel
CRM data model. The Flatfiles were extracts from SAP or Excel tables. Furthermore I
was responsibly weekly loads of the data in Oracle for this over the Informatica Server
Manager. How also the eliminate bugs and aborts was subject to my responsibility and
was executed by me both the quality control. The tool Test Director was employed
for the quality support. These of the business department found problems were
documented and cleared and documented by me in the Test Director. Another task
consisted in the support of an interface to an external system. Data were imported by
Proctor and Gambler into the CRM system under Siebel. The data were provided to P
& G about a FTP interface and also drawn about a FTP interface by P & G. With the
help of Informatica I have developed an interface to transform the Flatfiles in Oracle
tables. Which I have developed, at the same time, a quality control was executed.
From the Oracle tables was these prepare data then loaded into the Siebel CRM
system of me with the Siebel EIM. At the export of the P & g data I have
executed the quality control with Excel and provided with P & G after clearance by
the business department by FTP.

I have organized a PR Visa for Australia and analysed the Australian market for Data
Warehouse applications at the time of October 2002 until August 2003. I have gone to
the five largest towns and built up business contacts to companies and service
16. companies. The target was the establishment of my company Data Warehouse Online
on the Australian market.

Develop the high level architecture
Acquirement of a high level architecture with a team of four consultants. In this
project I have executed the project management, budgetary control, coordination of
the project team and arrangements with the customer. Furthermore I have executed
the role of the DWH specialists. It was this role in my responsibility to analyse the
existing Data Warehouse environment and to present a technical suggestion on a
global Data Warehouse architecture. This also contained the documentation of
guidelines, standards, hardware and software evaluation. It also lay in my responsibility
to present the IT executive board in Germany and the Data Warehouse team the
results in the USA and the interests of the Data Warehouse to take into account the
high level architecture from Philadelphia. The complete project was documented in
English. This project was a High management consultation which was established
directly under the IT executive board at Siemens Medical Solution

The contract was the coordination and leadership of the different subsidiaries
in the implementation of an international consolidated bookkeeping with
Hyperion. My responsibility was the coordination of the individual country
17. teams and support at the implementation of the data import via Hyperion
Ledger link. The customers focus was primarily to reach the implementation
on time. I have particularly played a part in the development of the mappings
and testing the data as well as executed the complete coordination and control
of the complete project. The project team consisted of internal employees of
the subsidiaries in the individual countries and me as a responsible external
project manager.

In this project I have created SAS datasets and imported Excel data into the SAS
System after specifications of the business department. The project consisted, of four
employees which divided on two external and two internal employees. My task
consisted in the development of the SAS data sets and the support of the other
employees at the development of the SAS data sets. The business department was
supported especially by me in the construction of the specifications in the
mathematical transformations of the data into the SAS system. Furthermore I trained
a junior consultant in SAS, produced the external project reports, project progress
control and I was responsible to testing the data.

The strategic reorientation was a project with seven project team members. I
was responsible for control of all relevant Data Warehouse Projects with
regard to architecture. By the introduction of the IBM standard data model
FSDM all Data Warehouse projects had to meet standards which were defined,
documented and checked by our project team. My task was the leadership of
the team and the development and documentation of the technical Data
Warehouse standards in English. An analysis for the fusion of the Data
Warehouse in Germany and the Data Warehouse in Sweden was created and
discussed at the two locations with the high management. The target was to
18. develop all Data Warehouse activities only of a central location.
A compendium was developed to execute future Data Warehouse projects
efficiently. Besides the project management I have significant defined the Data
Warehouse standards and the compendium.

At the development of the interface between the current data Warehouse and a new
CRM software (Siebel) I was responsible for the implementation to the interface with
Informatica Power Center and the optimization of the data quality. After the analysis
of the data I have suggested an alternative solution to solve the problems of the
existing data. Within this project I have created the technical specifications with the
business department, define Mapping rules and realized these in Informatica and
Siebel. I have implemented with Informatica Power Center and the Informatica server
manager. I have loaded data via the EIM manager in Siebel. I have acquired the Siebel
data model and worked with Siebel tools in the context of the transformations. I have
defined the Mapping rules and created the data model for Informatica. Then I have
executed the mapping in Informatica. In the context of the data quality analysis I was
responsibly for the documentation of the test cases and construction of the test data.

At the coordination of several data Warehouse projects at AXA I was responsible for
the construction of project reports, control of the partial projects, control of the
budget and the resource planning. Because of my previous employment with AXA I
knew the structures very well and supported the internal project manager. The
complete project volume amounted to a high € amount which was one of the biggest
Data Warehouse Projects in Europe with more than 70 external and internal
employees.

Jun. 99 - Develop a SAS-Eisclass for multidimensional data analysis

Construction of the technical specifications with the insurance mathematical
department and carrying out of the implementation with the SAS system. Processing
of the database for SAS transformation and application of the mathematical models.
In close cooperation with the business department I have implemented an SAS
EISClass for a multi-dimensional data analysis. The analysis and documentation of the
requirements was also included.
Aug. 99 - Implement reporting process to support the existing Travel Insurance DM

At the implementation of report processes to the support of the available travel
insurance Datamarts I was responsible for the realization and implementation. The
business rules were already documented and I had to implement these business
rules into SAS. At this I was responsible for the complete ETL process of the MVS
system for the SAS system. As a front end my developed SAS EISclass was used.

Leadership of a team of 16 employees for the new development of the travel
insurance system on the new strategic platform. My task consisted in the planning and
control of the project. Furthermore I have created the technical specifications for the
