 Provided direction on complex, high profiled logistics projects. Maintained a High Speed Battalion
communication facility in the areas of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and training of
military communication systems.
 Sustained daily operations of a HF/VHF communication system. Instrumental in the development
of revitalizing the training of a high speed battalion communication facility. This training became
vital to the U.S. troops returning from Project Iraqi Freedom. The training included trouble
shooting, installing, and de-installing HF/VHF radio components/ satellite/network operations.
 Integrated components of the communication system. Installed IP networking, encryption and
performed frequency management as required. Facilitated on-call 24/7 maintenance for any
malfunctions or installations of the communication system. Coordinated the training of deployable
soldiers assigned to the High Speed Signal Battalion that directly impacted field support
qualifications.
 Planned and Managed Budgetary Operations. Developed efficient inventory and purchasing
control systems which provided accountability of communication equipment valued in excess of
$50M. Reduced the proposed budget for communication equipment purchases by $1M.
Management
 Two years of management experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, equipment
maintenance, training, and logistics operations.
 Accountable for combat operational readiness status of assigned communication equipment and
assets valued over $4.6M.
 Conducted daily system tests of 50 battlefield signal support systems to ensure combat operational
