PRESENT JOB PROFILE
 I have been working as System Executive - Quality Assurance and my work primarily deals with
documentation and handling the various system audits at my organization.
 I am the Food Safety Team Co-coordinator in my organization and assigned to conduct various
trainings and meetings for the same.
 Have been assigned for the documentation work on FSSC 22000 FSMS for CSD, Juice and Packaged
Drinking Water lines.
 Responsibility of sending samples including Treated water, Finished Beverages to the outside labs as
per FSSAI and IS requirements.
 Look after the various other documents like External Calibration, Line Approval documents for various
lines, HACCP Documents, Verification and Validation Activities and the overall documentation.
 Responsibility of overall GMP & housekeeping activities at my organization.
 Responsibility of calculating the Daily Concentrate Yield at my organization. Keep a track of line
rejections.
 I am an active member of the IMCR Team in my organization for any crisis related to the product
quality.
