and alignment.

 Ensuring chlorination rinsing water.
 Fill Height and Net Contents testing and maintaining it
at standard.
 Supervision of Visual Inspectors.
 Check Torque and SST at startup and as per CO’s guide lines.
 Check crown crimping at start up and take action
accordingly.
 Ensure correct bottle failure procedure is followed.
 Supervision of simple and final syrup preparation for
every batch and ensure proper guidelines and effective
housekeeping.
 Checking and monitoring quality of CO2 gas.
 Ensuring effective backwash for sand and carbon bed at
water treatment plant
 & RO Plant.
 Supervision of cleaning $ sanitation at product
changeover and end of production and bottle burst
procedure is followed properly.
 Supervision of housekeeping practices are executed
according to GMP:
 Ensure GMP and all equipment is well maintained at all
times.
 Checking dissolved oxygen of water at De-aerated tank.
 Help in implementing of KORE, HACCP and environment
regulation.
 To conduct microbiological analysis as per schedule.
 Timely response /action for any abnormality observed.
 Documentation and record keeping.
 Supporting $ facilitating other departments in achieving
their targets.
 Assignments by seniors.
 Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE
management system.
 Check the beverage QC test.
 Check the incoming raw material sugar, co2, crown
caps, and glass empty.
 Member of Team AIBI Audit 2013&2015.
 Member of Team QAS Audit 2012 to 2015.
