CWMD PLANS BRANCH CHIEF 2011 – 2015, Department of the Army Headquarters, G 3/5/7, United States
Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Provided CWMD planning support to the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff (JS), Department of
Defense (DoD) Services, Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands, Army Service Component Commands,
and other DoD entities and federal agencies for deliberate, contingency, and crisis planning.
• Provided CWMD direct strategic, deliberate, contingency and planning support to US Army North, US Army South,
US Amy Pacific, US Army Central, US Army Africa (Desk Officer), US Army Europe (Desk Officer).
• Assisted (USNORTHCOM), and US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), STRATCOM with Pandemic
Influenza/Infectious Disease, CWMD Elimination, and Chemical/Biological Forensics planning respectively.

Operations. Advised Commanding General and staff on appropriate CBRN defense programs and recommended
courses of action for all complex CBRN and Consequence Management related decisions.
• Served in a Colonel billet for over a year as the lead USAREUR/Vth Corps CBRNE Officer.
• Worked collaboratively to shape relevant programs including CBRNE, Defense Critical Infrastructure Program, Mass
Warning and Notification System, Continuity of Operations, Emergency Management Program, and served as a key
leader establishing the USAREUR Contingency Command Post.

Jordan to Samarra Power Plant enhancing the national Iraqi power grid. Supported security efforts at Baghdad
International Airport ensuring no lapses in security through aggressive interaction with the contracted security agency,
Coalition Forces, and Multi National Forces-Iraq. Developed Provincial reconstruction team security guidelines.
