Tata Motors does moulding work of various auto parts like Engines Block, Housing
Front and Rear, Brake Drums and other parts of Truck and gives to ancillary units for
further work Shot Blasting , a process to clean the affixed sand, Grinding and finishing of
the parts and later it is sent for Machining work.
 Developed & Managed Business in Coal Excavation, Loading and Transportation in South
Eastern Coal Field Ltd. in Dola, Rajnagar, DistShahdol – M.P., and completed the Five
year contract successfully for Chanakya Transport Pvt. Ltd.
CoalTransportation:In Coal Fields Coal is excavated in Open Cast Mines and Under
Ground Mines. In case of Open cast Mines we required to Load and Transport the coal to
Crusher or at storage yard. In case of underground mines it is required to transport from
bunker to Crusher or to Storage yard.
My Role was to liaison with Coal Mines officials for adequate work to our fleet, take care
entire Supply Chain Management of coal, Billing and accounts, Payments and receipts etc.
 Developed Business in Chattishgarh, Orissa, AP, MP , Karnataka for Bitumen Transport
Bulk & Packed Bitumen Transportation: In India Bitumen is Produced and
Suppled by Oil Companies like IOC, BPCL, HPCL, MRPL & Essar form their refineries
located in various parts of country.
The product is Both Bulk and packed and required to be transported in Bulk Tankers and
Trucks.
During my assignment with Aditya Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. My role was to manage the
entire Process of Marketing, Operation, Fleet Management, Billing & Recovery. I travelled
length and breadth of country touched more than 60% of Bitumen users , Road Contractors.
The Job involved to take care sales of Bitumen of the above mentioned companies in turn
to get more business for our fleet.
We also marketed for Vinergy International Pvt. Ltd. during initial period of their trading
of Import Bitumen in Eastern Sectors at Haldia.
