Personal Statement
I am a valuable, hard working, highly ethical, strong, mature woman and I believe I have a lot to
contribute/offer to the right company. I am highly intelligent and learn quickly in-order to adapt.
Technical Skills
I am highly functional in the use of most all of the Office Suite including the use of Word, Power Point
Excel, Outlook, NEAT Scanner and QuickBooks. I have also used Adobe Professional to create, edit,
and merge PDF documents.
I possess a high level of management skill, organizational skill, professional letter writing, and office
procedures. I have experience in answering phones, typing, filing, researching, contracting, collections,
billing, payroll, accounting, and conducting trainings for human resources purposes, case management,
customer relations, file system creation, handbook writing and policy implementation.
I have a strong ability to understand and project financial numbers for small companies; income versus
debt and the ability to develop financial projections to meet cost and move into profit; Prepare
company reports showing balance sheets and expense reports, sales reports. I am proficient in creating
accounts receivable, accounts payable, contractor accounts, income accounts, chart of accounts, and
reconciling accounts with banking institutions.
I have a complete awareness of expense and management of small businesses and the great importance
of every dime needed to operate. In past have created a full payroll systems, filing systems, and human
resource systems for 3 different small companies. I have a good understanding of the legal difficulties
facing small companies. I value the need for documentation of expenses for tax purpose and developing
controls for the management of expenses. I am capable of managing teams and administrative projects
and making the hard decisions.
