You do not have much time to convince your

Any…worksheets, memoranda, notes, or exact
copies thereof, that are the result of original
observations and activities…may include photographs,
microfilm or microfiche copies, computer printouts,
magnetic media…and recorded data from automated
instruments.
DATA must be... TRUTHFUL, ACCURATE,
COMPLETE, READILY RETRIEVEABLE, AND
VERIFYABLE.

really understand the vocabulary particular to
their industry.
By showing some knowledge of the industry
vocabulary, you show interest.
