Willy M. Soriano has over 10 years of experience in IT support roles. He currently works as a Technical Operations Technician at JP Morgan Chase & Co, where he provides on-site desktop support and troubleshooting. Previously he held similar support roles at Teledatacom Philippines and Systemantech Inc. Soriano has several Microsoft certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He has strong skills in operating systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, and Citrix environments.
