Industrial Engineering
 Experience of developing the checking fixtures, Assembly fixtures & SPM’s.
 Experience of assembly line set-up & Process flow set up for newly launch Project models till up to
final dispatch.
 Experience of developing the newly launch models assembly fixtures, SPMs & Packaging
developments etc.
 Experience of developing the packaging concept & its implementation.
 Improvement in activities like T5S & 3R implementation, fool proofing & Kaizens etc.

Accountabilities:
New Product Development: Responsible for the Complete Development of New Products by
managing Quality, Cost and Delivery as per customer’s requirements. To be a single point of
contact with the customer for submission and getting approvals of drawing and documents as
per agreed contract. Coordinating Engineering activities as CAE, Mould Flow Analysis, and Part
Validation from external agencies. Follow up with Mould maker for different activities such as
design, Tool Mfg, Tool Assembly through weekly review & reporting to APQP team regarding
status.
Project Coordination – Interface between customer and plant for any new modification or
new change – RM, Tool, BOP, and Packaging etc. Conduct CFT meetings for new products.
Coordinate with RFQ Cell and Business development team for feasibility review within the
plant. Coordinate with internal plant for Plant input on RM, BOP, Fixture and Packaging etc.
Coordinate with Suppliers for new product development. Lead Product Development, new
changes in product – RM, Tool, BOP, and Packaging etc. Coordinate with Design team for
Drawings, Changes in current product, lesson learned from previous product. Support to QA
for new product, current product in problem solving for different customers. Coordination for
Tool Movement within plants, Modification in tool, New Project trial coordination within plant.
Faced TS audit for new product development.

Accountabilities:
 Involved in assembly line set-up & Process flow set up for newly launch Project models till up to
final dispatch.
 Preparing the Newly launch models assembly fixtures, SPMs & Packaging developments etc.
 Started Training School to educating the employees for various subjects like MI, Culture of
Improvement, Introduction of FI-10, Attitude, Loss, and ECRS & Fool Proofing, 3F, 5R for Ecologic,
