Description: Learnt about company, basic fundamentals of CNC machines, mode of
operation, working process, for making a job, insert the program into CNC machine then
it load into the PLC and start execute and encode, Monitor the errors and status of flags.
PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
Project: Hexadecimal to binary encoder.
Objective: To convert the hexadecimal number’s to binary numbers.
Description: A network of two IC74F148 and three nor gate IC’s are used to get the
desired output of binary number’s.
Project: LED flashing with multiple patterns.
Objective: To perform GPIO of 8051.
Description: I used one microcontroller IC 8051, push button, LED, 1k resistors,
10uf capacitor, 11.0582MHz crystal, 5v battery and assemble on the bread board.
Port 2 of IC 8051 used as a output, pin number 9 for reset, 18, 19 for crystal, 20
grounded, 40 connected to power supply. Keil software used for programming and burn
into the IC 8051 through the burner.
Project: Four bit magnitude comparator using gate level modeling
Objective: To compare between two 4bit numbers.

2. Description: I used Xilinx ISE software for implementation of 4 bit magnitude
comparator, concept of MSB and LSB. The logic gates used XNOR, AND, NOR, NOT.XOR
gate used for equality, and gate with one inverted input used for checking whether
lesser or greater.
