Operations Manager
Leading and driving the entire operations of two sites (Abu Dhabi & Dubai) having 8 fully automated animal feed
(Poultry and Ruminants) production lines and 1 premix preparations and mixing line with a total capacity of 1,850
MT/Day. Manage more than 200 direct and indirect reports and reporting to General Manager and VP Manufacturing.
Managing all operations functions: from receiving of Raw materials to costumer deliveries (ship unloading, Silos,
Warehouses, Stores, Production, Quality, HSE, Maintenance and Projects) and supporting the sales team and R&D in
developing new products and solving concerns from the market.
Key Achievements
 Doubled monthly output from 24,000MT to more than 48,000MT by remodellng flow diagrams and eliminationg
operational bottlenecks, without incurring any capital expenditure. This was achieved in the first 4 months of my
employment
 Extended warehousing capacities by implementing flat storage (tailored made solution)
 Successfully managed due diligence of tendering plantfactory and equipment (including automation systems – PLCs,
