Objective
Continue to apply my experience, and knowledge, of circuit design (design from concept to production) to the development of consumer
product controls. Contribute my exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to the success of a versatile team/company.
Education
Michigan Technological University, Houghton, MI
* BS in Electrical Engineering, May, 2004 * GPA: 3.18, 3.63(Departmental), Dean’s List last four semesters

• Led sourcing, approval, and launch activities for the VMW Classic satellite encoder.
7/04 – 12/06 Whirlpool Fabric Care Controls Lab - Lab Engineer
• Led or Leading the approval testing of 70 platform integrity projects resulting in 6 million dollars of cost savings
• Responsible for leading approval testing of multiple wire to terminal (harness) designs
• Oversaw day-to-day activities & work of 5 direct reports; 4 technicians, & 1 high school student
Summers of 2001 & 2002 Breed Technologies, Sterling Heights, MI - Core Engineering Intern and Lab Technician
• Wrote instruction manual for spool cycler and developed measurement procedures
• Created a circuit and circuit board for a position sensor by utilizing schematic, layout, and circuit fabrication cad packages.
• Conducted various tests on car safety modules and developed testing procedures with Ford (chest load measurements)
College Projects
Fall, Winter and Spring of 1999-2004, Michigan Tech University, Houghton, MI
• Senior Design Project: Analyze analog output from a transducer, transform analog signal to digital format, translate analyzed
data into a graphical format, stream data to the web accessible by user
• Electronics Voluntary Project: Created circuit board for model airplane using a 555 timer. Circuit drove blinking lights for
tail and wing tips.
• Electronics Labs: Various analog circuits. One circuit received a DC input and output a perfect sine wave using Op-Amps.
• Digital and Analog Signal Processing Lab: Created digital and analog filters via Matlab.
