 Raise EPO’s for PO received from Party
 To look after Commissions, follow up for payments.
 AIF for new development of product, Shipment Planning, Monthly Projection
 Co-ordinating with the customers & Country Managers
 Interacting with Clients regarding any queries they might have with respect to their
orders.
 To minimize the loss caused due to over production by convincing the clients to accept
the same which in turn results in increase in sales.
 Coordinating with inactive clients by mailing them regarding availability of products &
also assuring them to provide them the best quotations for their orders.
 Arranging inspections for shipments- coordinate with Inspection Agency, Plant &
Logistics for the same
 Preparation of checklist on receiving the confirmed order & providing order confirmation
to clients by co-coordinating with our planning & production team.
 Aggressive follow-ups with Logistics team for smooth flow of shipments
 Solving & giving effective solutions to our European clients for better operational
efficiency.
