2.  Prepare BOQ with formulation for Estimation of the Project using Self Developed Cost Estimation
Sheets.
 Responsible for assisting on quantifications / materials take off for Electrical Discipline if
necessary.
 Responsible for sending and following up of inquiries and queries for tender projects.
 Responsible for assisting the Engineers for Documentations with regards to tender projects and
on hand projects. (Material Submittals Docs., Commercial and Technical Offer)
 Responsible in coordinating with clients with regards to Tender projects for some clarifications or
queries. Raise the Queries to client / Consultant against specification, BOQ and Drawing if any
discrepancies.
 Responsible in monitoring of Tender project status to assigned Engineers.
 Responsible in assisting the Electrical Engineer in checking the quantity of the tender
project BOQ against the drawing, taking note of items not in BOQ, and exclusion to be
noted and offered.
 Responsible in preparing the tender Documents to be given to assigned Engineers.
